Over the years, Jumpfactor provided ongoing SEO support which included strategy, content creation, keyword optimization, local listing, optimization, backlinks, and much more. During that time and as part of the overall goal of increasing leads, they also helped us launch a redesigned and reoptimzed website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
At last review, the Jumpfactor program had generated over $10.1 million in new revenue, and likely much higher now. This has become the most reliable and consistent source of revenue. The marketing cost-to-acquire per client (MCAC) is under 5%—that’s outstanding when most MSPs or even B2B companies aim for anything under 20%.
Our sales team now can reliably rely on a stream of leads. We're able to set fairly accurate benchmarks and forecasts based on the inbound channel alone and it is now attributing to over half, at least, depending on the month or quarter, of our net new Revenue - which is fantastic.
Jumpfactor created exponential growth for us. We have seen 10X our website traffic—going from 1,500 to over 15,000 buyer-intent visitors per month. On top of that, we exploded from 200 keywords on page one to over 4,100. That level of growth positioned us as a leader across all our markets. The numbers have grown even higher since last checked.
Inbound is now our most consistent source of quality leads—people raising their hand, ready for an appointment. We went from inconsistent, sporadic leads to averaging 30+ SQLs per month, hitting as high as 38 per month. That’s transformed our sales team’s ability to reliably forecast and close deals.

We hired Jumpfactor to be our digital search engine optimization agency and to build a digital footprint for our organization. They were to bring their expertise in SEO, content and digital marketing to ultimately help drive traffic, leads and conversions to our website. With their help, we've grown our digital footprint 20fold and digital marketing has been the number on ROI driver for my team. We have been able to drive consistent leads and many companies we work with today came from a web lead and our partnership with JF. To date, the Jumpfactor driven results account for approximately $49.6 Million dollars in revenue.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We went from our sales team getting five or six leads a year out of marketing, to now consistently receiving between 200-300 leads a year. The initial results in the program were phenomenal and helped us drive 70 to 80 new logos a year, many of which are thanks to Jumpfactor. Our website traffic has grown from approximately 2,000 monthly visitors, mainly driven by branded searches at the outset, to as high as 20,000 unique visitors per month, marking a tenfold increase. Naturally, this has translated into a substantial rise in our lead generation, with the number of monthly leads surging from just a handful or even none in certain months to a consistent 20-40 a month.
