My KPIs were set since the beginning on growing the follower base. On top of that, I got amazing guidance from Carli and Daniel on how to proceed with my social media strategy for my page.

Always on time and super well structured. They used a platform called 'basecemp' and even not being a huge fan of new platforms (aka too old) they guided me through.

On a regular basis, I had contact with 4 members, ranging from support to customer relations to specialists.

The Jos Studio teams was very timely in their deliverables, which I appreciated. I know they helped a lot of the health of my site, but I didn't expect anything to be an overnight fix. It's up to my upkeep going forward to secure the success of my site and brand.

I really appreciated how responsive the entire team was, they worked very well together, were super communicative, they were proactive as well as responded well to my feedback.

My only feedback is that I wish there a heads up / reminder of when my contracted ended. I had a certain amount budgeted for their service and I had to extend beyond my plan in order to fulfill my contract timing.
