• SEO review + analysis (fixed-scope foundation): keyword research aligned to audience search behavior, keyword-to-page mapping (e.g., provider and location templates), and a full technical SEO audit covering Core Web Vitals, index coverage/indexability, backlink/competitor link profile review, and E-E-A-T signals with prioritized recommendations.
• Editorial engine: a 12-month content calendar built around full-funnel queries (informational, commercial investigation, and transactional intent), plus a publishing and promotion rhythm that connects content to traffic growth. Provided a content brief engine enabling our client to produce monthly blog article content. The brief engine and content tracker tools were essential in helping our client's team produce high quality content consistently.
• Ongoing monthly SEO program: continuous metadata optimization, internal linking guidance, content QA/optimization for new posts, image alt-text improvements, light technical checks, regular “almost-rankers” analysis, and regular strategy/reporting touchpoints.
• Measurement + reporting: a custom Looker Studio dashboard for real-time visibility, plus quarterly performance reporting tied to organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions.
• Operational support for bilingual sites: a practical workflow to keep English SEO improvements aligned with translated pages via shared tracking documentation and optional support for mirrored updates.

JNC Squared was hired to move company website to a higher Google rank and increase traffic to the site, leading to new clients for the business. JNC Squared successfully provided the following SEO strategy deliverables: 

1. Conducted thorough manual walk through of current website and provided detailed recommendations to improve site health and rankings. 
2. Identified a conversion keywords list targeted through custom landing pages. 
3. Created a site hierarchy for easy crawling for Google’s bots. 
4. Created content outlines with keywords and content goals. 
5. Backlinked internal content to quality external websites.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Moved to page 1 of Google for keyword targeting a primary business service. Moved to within position 15 for other keywords and site positioning continues to improve. Prior to partnering with JNC Squared, our website did not rank on Google for keywords. Our competitors are significantly larger firms with a greater marketing and advertising presence.

I’m the founder of Austin Canine Rehab & Wellness, a canine rehabilitation company. We provide individualized rehabilitation for dogs with mobility issues, focusing on customized exercise programs and owner education to improve strength and independence. All services are delivered by a certified canine rehabilitation therapist.

What challenge were you trying to address with JNC Squared Digital?

I wanted to work on the SEO of my business in addition to already having Google Ads going. My goal was to help bring in leads from a different source so that I didn't have all my eggs in one basket.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JNC Squared Digital helps me with ongoing blogs and backlinking. The team delivers two blog posts and backlinking work each month. JNC Squared Digital has also helped me with the main 'How We Help' pages on my website as a one-off project. The team has written four different 'How We Help' pages. JNC Squared Digital has also created a custom landing page for me as an additional one-off project. Jessica has different writers or independent contractors who help her with these projects, so she works as the business owner and lead contractor making sure the right professionals are working on each project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

JNC Squared Digital's work has improved my website's indexing and ranking for terms and visits to the pages. We're now ranking in the top three nationally for 'librela side effects' (≈11,000 monthly searches) and in the eighth position nationally for 'librela for dogs' (≈19,000 monthly searches). We're also ranking across multiple high-volume searches related to at-home pain relief for dogs. I've seen a 25% increase in leads overall, but it's hard to know if the leads come from SEO or paid ads. Either way, I've seen an increase in leads and am pleased to not have all my eggs in one singular basket.

How did JNC Squared Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We never have an issue with time. We communicate via email and using Google Workspace documents.

What did you find most impressive about them?

My business is unique in that we do physical therapy for animals, and we're a mobile premium service, so it's quite different. I knew that JNC Squared Digital had done the same work for other similar businesses. I appreciate how the team understands my business and our target audience.
