Additionally, they’ve delivered custom API integrations and FHIR-based solutions to sync remote patient monitoring data with our EHR platforms like Epic and Cerner.

Their work includes billing automation, digital check-in systems, and engagement tools to boost patient throughput and reimbursement. They further support us with zero-trust security architecture, vendor risk assessments, tele-rehab platforms, AI-powered scheduling, mobile onboarding, and robust telehealth systems with compliance alerts and geo-specific logic.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen measurable results so far, including major improvements in operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, billing processes, and patient engagement. Integration with Epic and Cerner is now easy, and our expanded telehealth and tele-rehab capabilities have enhanced our ability to deliver care remotely and effectively.

We’ve also seen a 70% increase in our operational efficiency and 5-star ratings from our clients. These improvements have had a great impact on our business as our customers are more satisfied, and we’re even getting referrals, expanding our service to other parts of the US and not only Houston, Texas.

At Abbott Healthcare we partnered with Jelvix to develop a high-impact web solution that connects users with services in a secure and intuitive way. This initiative involved a full-scale transformation, including strategic UX redesign, multi-device optimization, and the development of a robust front-end interface capable of supporting dynamic content and interactive patient workflows. Jelvix implemented a scalable, performance-driven architecture using industry best practices and enabling seamless updates, fast load times, and an improved digital experience across desktop and mobile platforms. 
On the back end, secure modules were developed to ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive patient data, including real-time form submissions, service requests, and data processing workflows. The final platform significantly elevates digital engagement, aligns with regulatory standards, and supports Abbott’s mission of delivering patient-centered care through innovation.

The results have been highly impactful. Since launching the website, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in online engagement and service accessibility. Clients can now easily schedule appointments, submit inquiries, and access essential healthcare information online. Most importantly, the platform has enabled us to securely collect and manage patient data, easing our internal processes and enhancing communication between our teams and the clients we serve.

Specifically Jevix team was involved into building a part of Data Processing layer (ETL engine) that connect to hundred of data sources and transforms data into an Enterprise Canonical Data Model. Also Jelvix team was responsible for new UI layer implementation.

Our tools were scattered, and without real-time insights, it was tough to keep everything running smoothly across multiple media channels. We brought in Jelvix to build a custom software platform that could centralize everything campaign management, reporting, and data analysis. Key features included a real-time performance dashboard, automated reporting, AI-powered analytics, and a mobile-friendly portal so our clients could easily access their data.
