The market research they did was extensive, time intensive and above and beyond what I expected. From there, they set about redesigning each page of my website. 
They are incredibly collaborative and even though we were in different timezones, all correspondence was prompt and thoughtful. They took my notes and adjusted accordingly, while never losing control of the project as the experts they were. They delivered a new website that I instantly fell in love with.
