My website is visible to the public, but I wanted the products to be visible to licensed professionals for purchase with a login credential.
Initially, I had an app installed through Shopify for the login, but the app had a glitch and was making the customer log back in after 1 min of toggling through the website.
ITGeeks helped with custom coding to prevent the glitch from happening. Since then it's been working smoothly.

ITGeeks was very quick to respond and problem solve. They were also very thorough and made sure we were both on the same page and understood the problem before executing. They also provided screenshot videos to show the progress/work that was completed.

ITGeeks were very quick to response. Their communication was outstanding; I was never left waiting for them. If there ever was a delay, it was only because they were waiting for a response from the 3rd party (the app that was initially installed that was creating the glitch). But even then, they provided updates made sure to let me know what was the cause of delay.
This was my second time working with ITGeeks and both times the project turn around time was fast!
