The recaptcah needs to look and feel like it belongs on our site using the proper colors. The appearance of the box cant hinder general browsing of cars, and should only appear when availability is requested.

Despite these minor areas for improvement, the overall quality of their work and their dedication to meeting my needs were outstanding.

In doing this, they set up where I could charge a fee for these options. They then inputed conditional formating where I could recieve custom information for personalizaiton of my product listing if a add-on option  (cusotmization option) was selected . They also edited my packing slip in a way that made it more clear and organized.

We were interested in keeping similar functionality of our BigCommerce site, and just transition to Shopify. Our website is complex with many 3rd party apps (MRP, Avalara, Zoho, ShipStation) and our products are complex with popups, quantity discounts, bundles, and options all on one product.

Our new website was completed on time and budget. Adding in new functionality has transpired over time with successful completions each time.  Some options are changing code, others are installing apps that fit our needs.

They have been responsive to all needs. If there are any pushbacks, it's because their project manager wanted clarification for his teammates.

Yes, they delivered ontime.  We had regular check-in meetings and used spreadsheets with tasks as a common footing to ensure we had all items needed in the final website.  Communication was easy. The only hassle was our PM was +3 hours and his team possibly +11hours from us.  We understood and worked around time zones.

There was an HTML code for each business seal, PGCC and BBB, that I wanted just above the Quick Links section of each page on my website. When I uploaded the two business seals, the position of the PGCC seal was centered, the position of the BBB seal was underneath the first seal, and was positioned way left with no space around it.

ITGEEKS modified the custom Liquid code to position the PGCC and BBB seals next to each other on my website. Each page of the website exhibits the seals just above the Quick Links section.

The team at IT Geeks is in the midst of improving our SEO by upgrading our Shopify and Impulse programs to the most recent versions. Although they are only half way through, my SEO has improved and we are getting orders on a regular basis again. Before they began improve the SEO, online orders were rare. We're actually getting more sales than ever before- multiple sales a day. 

It's often difficult to gauge your monetary return while working with freelance-like companies. The ROI has been signifcant and immediate. I also enjoy interacting with the guys at IT Geeks. David is always prompt in replying, keeps me up to date on the progress of the project and is always professional and very polite. Working with David and IT-Geeks is the best thing I could have done for my small business right now.
