However, for this specific project, they created a responsive web application and mobile app on an agile platform. They used a technology stack that included Angular, JavaScript, html5, CSS3, ASP.net, WebAPI.net, and they assisted with AWS’ Cognito.

I’ve had a very good experience working with them.
How did InVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management and senior project managers are some of the key benefits of working with them. A lot of times software development projects will fail because of the project leadership, and as a startup company, we didn’t have the bandwidth to be full-time project managers. To have a vendor that put an experienced senior level project manager in that leadership position made all the difference in the project’s success.
Overall, InVeritaSoft has a very well defined project management process. They manage user stories and scrum boards, use Jira for task management, and interact with you along the way—keeping you updated on project status and defining, or re-defining, requirements.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have extremely skilled developers and leadership that understands the development process. InVeritaSoft looks at candidates’ success in other projects and how that translates to success in your project. Because of that, we weren’t just working with a development team; we were working people that were experts in exactly what we needed. We could rely on them to answer our questions and provide us with guidance, and that level of involvement is rare in an offshore team.
They viewed the work as an opportunity to develop a long-term partnership. So, they weren’t taking routes that would stretch out the project and make them the most profit, but they were making choices that worked best for us. That honesty was huge to us and has definitely cemented our relationship.
Additionally, we didn’t have to go in with every specification laid out in detail or every step of the development process established. They were able to take a well-defined process and use agile methodologies to adapt the approach, draw out and identify important user stories, and define different priorities as the project evolved

We’re about halfway done with a program that allows people to provide services to cryptocurrency funded companies in exchange for cryptocurrency. It’s a kind of crowdsourced labor website, and freelancers can provide transactional labor like translations or blog posts to those companies.
What is the team composition?
We first worked with their CTO, who then handed the project to his architects and a senior project manager. My team interacts predominantly with that PM. We’ve trained between four and six developers as well.

They may have gone above and beyond to win our business, but they performed well. They thought outside the box and solved problems we had. It’s uncommon for outsourced labor to take this level of ownership and be so relentless to finish projects on time. The demos for the system they’re working on look great and communication is very good.

We needed to find reliable developers to help us with the build. We wanted backend developers fluent in Java and frontend developers that could connect with our backend, which was built in React.

We started talking through Skype and connected over email. We outlined our major business goals, they walked us through what they could offer, and we agreed on the time to start. They primarily helped with connections to the backend built, and there was a lot of frontend work as well. They made sure the UX/UI were responsive and visually appealing. How did InVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Google Docs and email. We have a good channel on Skype where we’re able to reach each other at any time. They’re quite responsive. Being busy with various projects, I appreciate being able to ping them and quickly get a response.
The technical resources are offshore. They’re mainly located in Ukraine. I’ve also had them visit here in my office in Sweden when we started.

We approached inVerita to build a telehealth application for mental health condition monitoring.
The goal was to ensure consistent communication between the organization and patients to deliver care at the exact moment it’s needed, create a holistic UI with reduced complexity, guarantee smooth video connection, and motivate patients to use the application as a routine through the implementation of advanced features and AI-powered customizable bot.
We also worked with inVerita on a number of internal web-based tools that help to manage our day-to-day operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
inVerita provided a dedicated team of software engineers and UI/UX designers to complete the development team in the US. Together, we’ve built two individual native applications for iOS and Android, complemented with an artificial intelligence platform that utilizes human-assisted bots designed to support and enhance human counseling.
We also have built a number of internal data pipelines and a data lake with Snowflake to then be used for our internal BI reports.

Very timely. Always run and extra mile. Even thought the team was operating from Ukraine and Europe someone was available most of the time. The delivery manager we worked with was great too. I've worked with a number of offshore/nearshore and local US teams throughout my career and working with inVerita was one of the best experiences I had.
