inVerita has created both iOS and Android applications for a crowdsource business. Using Kotlin and Swift, their team handles the design, backend administration, and overall development.
The work from inVerita continues to be stable and reliable, meeting the needs of the project. Their resources are competent and skilled in completing the tasks assigned within the given timeframe. Customers can expect a hardworking, adaptable team.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Lightcatch, a crowdsource solution to stop any suspicious activity and provide information to law enforcement.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with inVerita?
We hired their team to deliver the Android application, but they’ve ended up working with us to create the iPhone app, too.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve worked with our developers to handle backend development, design, and database administration for both iOS and Android. They took the original design concept and turned it into a functional codebase. Their team has utilized Kotlin and Swift to develop the applications.
What is the team composition?
Between 5–6 people have worked with us on this, and I interact with all of them directly.
How did you come to work with inVerita?
I found a Ukraine-based developer who wasn’t looking to work on startup projects so they recommended inVerita. We spoke to a few providers but found that they were the right choice and our partnership grew from there.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $150,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in April 2018 and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For the Android app, we’ve never had any public crashing issues. Their work has been exceptionally stable and extremely well received. Even with the trade-offs that they have to make with our budget, they’ve done the best with the resources they have.
How did inVerita perform from a project management standpoint?
Our engagement is broken up in three segments, the third of which started this past year. During this time, we used the Shape Up process outlined on Basecamp’s website and it went really well, despite them having never heard of it before. Once I better understood how these projects run, I got much better results from their work.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They bring high competence to the table. Every person they’ve thrown my way during the development phase has been great and knows what they’re doing. They know which person on their team is better at certain things, and every resource knows how to do the job.
They are quite thoughtful in their process, managing to deliver everything within the deadline but still making great suggestions for improvement. They’re thoughtful, conscientious professionals who have been a great fit for us. The team is always willing to try something new or see what will deliver the most value through UX and code. They consider risk management without raising the budget, so they’re very cost-conscious.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I had expected a designer to be responsible for the entire UX, not just the design of the app, so that may have caught them off guard.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have realistic expectations. Make sure you understand the process of how software gets built and they’ll deliver a professional product.

In general, I can’t find any significant issues.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They are interested in project success, and they’re engaged with the project when it comes to general quality control and communication. They took part in the process at that level as well.

Building from scratch, inVeritaSoft designed and developed two applications for web and mobile for internal business tracking.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the operations manager for a large transport company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with inVeritaSoft?
We needed to be able to easily track and manage our inventory and financials. We also needed to track truckloads because sometimes we do partial loads or pallets go missing.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
inVeritaSoft built us a web and mobile application for tracking and managing our inventory from scratch. They created barcode stickers that we can put on every item to scan it and automatically add the info to our system. It contains all the financial information for our company. Staff can log in via any device that’s connected to the internet to access the system. Right now, it’s being tested; it’s working well and they make continuous updates to it. They’ve also built an application to track our warehousing and truckloads.
We send them our requests and whatever information we think they need. They manage all the design and development on their end. All we had to do was tell them our problem and they built the solution.
What is the team composition?
We work directly with a project manager. I’m not sure how many people are involved on their side.
How did you come to work with inVeritaSoft?
A friend who had been working with them introduced us. The friend showed us what inVeritaSoft had done for them. When we met them, we told them what we needed and they said they could build it so we moved forward.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in 2018, and it’s ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Both the inventory and load tracking have helped us a lot. We can see everything we have, what we’re receiving, and what we’re delivering all in one system. Every person in the company with access to the app can have all the info they need.
The quality is very professional. Their team really knows what they're doing. We’re fully satisfied with their services.
How did inVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve had 24/7 access to the product manager. We communicate via phone or email. if we need to adjust something or make a correction, it’s done quickly. We haven’t had any delays or lagtime.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have people who know what they're doing. For whatever problem we have, they can always come up with a resolution.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The company is based in Ukraine and we’re in the US. It could be helpful if they had a branch near us. If they were more local, they might be able to dig more deeply into the customer’s needs.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Any customer needs to know what problem their company has that they want to resolve. If the customer is clear, inVertitaSoft will be able to help them. Otherwise, it’s going to be hard for them to explain what they need.

inVeritaSoft developed four geolocation-centric tourism apps for Android and iOS. Each one features a wide array of functionalities, from secure admin panels and push notifications to geofencing and sort filters.
inVeritaSoft created simultaneously robust and user-friendly deliverables. Since the app launched, combined downloads have reached 4,500 times between iOS and Android. An established, structured, and professional team, their strategic processes and expertise rapidly yield the optimum ROI.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of BTE Global. We help companies around the globe with continuous improvement. Enhancing and streamlining their processes often involves developing new or upgrading existing software.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with inVeritaSoft?
We needed help with the development of our mobile app for tourism.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our largest project together was Tourburst, a mobile app for a small community in rural Illinois. The region usually attracts about 60,000 tourists each year. Visitors are often unaware all of the attractions to see because they’re not listed on Google. We also created the same app for the entire state of Mississippi.
inVeritaSoft stayed involved from requirements and concept stage all the way through the build. They developed versions for Android and iOS based on the requirements we gave them. All of the apps they’ve built for us feature geofences, push notifications, and admin panels with security protocols for different levels of authentication.
Maps are the most essential components of our apps. inVeritaSoft created a solution that’s simple and robust at the same time. When the user is looking for something fun to do on locally on their trip, the product makes it easy to locate interesting options. Results can be sorted in accordance with location and time.
Currently, they’re working on APIs for the websites we produce for our clients. They also handle our server uploads and store interaction with iOS’s App Store and Android’s Google Play. We have three pieces of software under development with inVeritaSoft, one of which is up to version four.
What is the team composition?
They assigned us one project manager, one client manager, a team of 2-3 iOS developers, and about 6-7 people for Android, backend, and admin panel development.
How did you come to work with inVeritaSoft?
I traveled to Ukraine a few times during my work with different software companies. A vendor we’d used was underperforming, so we needed a replacement. One of the owners of inVeritaSoft reached out to me via LinkedIn. Based on our discussion, he said he could fix the situation.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid $48,000 for version three of Tourburst.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from April – June 2018. We just completed the upgrade requirements for version 3.5 and 4.0 at a meeting less than two weeks ago.
Now, we’re getting ready to hand off a couple more projects to them. Since another developer has dropped the ball on our medical software, we’ll probably have inVeritaSoft take over that one, as well.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since the launch, we’ve had over 4,500 downloads between iOS and Android users. Many people who used it gave us positive feedback. During the upcoming tourist season, we’re expecting around 10,000 downloads.
inVeritaSoft delivers very high-quality results. They’re an established company that conducts training-focused meetings. When I visited their location, I saw they have multiple offices. They host an array of functions to discuss customer focus.
inVeritaSoft always finds the simplest and most economical approach to benefit the client. They never make unreasonable requests or try to price gouge. We were stuck in a difficult situation, and they quickly provided a solution. The entire development only took about 60 days. nVeritaSoft truly saved the day for our company.
How did inVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
Originally, we set ambitiously high targets for the timeline. Since we needed to finish the project so quickly, we waived some of our development cycle requirements. They completed a full rebuild and got a usable app out the door within 60 days.
inVeritaSoft had a stellar project management performance in terms of cost, quality, and time. The first iteration had a few bugs, but nothing was too noticeable. They changed specific aspects as we worked through new version upgrades.
What did you find most impressive about them?
inVeritaSoft is a regimented team of professionals. They’re well-managed, run a tight ship, and never use guesswork to make decisions. We could tell how much training and development goes on in their company. They have policies, procedures, methods in place.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Being flexible and agile is an important goal. We also saw some staff turnover on their team. It’s difficult to use the same platform for every customer, but we’d prefer to have consistent processes and teammates throughout our entire app development.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Making sure you understand how they’ll conduct quality checks and deliver the work to you will ensure you receive exactly what you asked for.

InVeritaSoft helped develop a sales force automation software and continues to improve it. The program allows companies to smoothly place orders, then provides analytical data and performance reports.
InVeritaSoft’s software has 500 users and was praised by technical leaders for its quality and performance. The team’s excellent communication and project management skills assured that everyone was always up to date. Their ability to scale the team was instrumental to the project’s success.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the chief product officer of an IT company. We assist with the delivery of products for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector of the economy by providing sales force automation (SFA).
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with InVeritaSoft?
We had an in-house team working to develop the software, but the demand outweighed our internal capabilities. We were looking to outsource some of the work.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We used InVeritaSoft as a starter team. We provided technical requirements for the initial phases of the project, which they completed. Then, we mixed them in with our internal team to plan the scope and complete the delivery. The InVeritaSoft team was responsible for managing communications about the project with the in-house team, and external business owners and analysts.
The software was designed to automate a part of our consumer’s companies. In the FMCG sector, many companies produce food for promotional activities and launches. Our software aims to ease that process, provide analytical data, and send reports on their efficiently level. We are still working together to improve the product.
What is the team composition?
I worked closely with the project manager, who was responsible for communicating with the development team and providing me with the proper reports. Initially, we had a team of three or four developers, but that number shifted based on the phase of the project.
How did you come to work with InVeritaSoft?
I was referred to their company by one of my colleagues and they offered a balanced price for their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2016 and the partnership is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our product has 500 users. After a monthly review with my technical leaders, they praised InVeritaSoft’s quality of work. The in-house development team is constantly working with theirs to improve the code.
How did InVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
InVeritaSoft provided a project plan that generally aligned with what I was expecting. They efficiently managed the scope and completed the project on a fixed bid. The team provided consistent updates, promptly alerted me to any delays, and informed me of their current work and the work that still needed to be done. We were on the same page throughout the engagement.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was impressed by a variety of their qualities. I mostly appreciated their communication level and their team’s flexibility. Due to our changing requirements and inconsistent incoming information, we needed a team that could scale up or down on a need-by-need basis, and they did.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In terms of the service provided, everything was fluid. But, they could work on prioritizing as they company continues to grow.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Stajen Consulting, a small consulting company that helps organizations with leadership and software development.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with inVeritaSoft?
There’s a big shortage of skilled software developers in Sweden, so I needed to find developers who I could connect with my clients.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I connected inVeritaSoft with a business colleague who works in the startup community in Stockholm. I told the client what skills inVeritaSoft had, my colleague explained what they needed, and I went back to inVeritaSoft to tailor a solution to those needs. They helped develop a system to better manage the workflow of documents.
inVeritaSoft usually works with small IT startup companies that have a promising business idea but need quick help to develop the frontend and backend of their solution. They mainly use .NET and JavaScript and make both iOS and Android apps.
What is the team composition?
The team usually includes 2–3 people: one senior developer and a few junior developers.
How did you come to work with inVeritaSoft?
I looked for developers in various countries. inVeritaSoft had skilled developers, were cost-effective (about a quarter of the price of Swedish developers), and had a terrific HR department that took care of their employees.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $50,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from February 2017–May 2018.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My clients are happy and haven’t ever complained about inVeritaSoft’s work. They stay within the project and deliver on time.
How did inVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m not directly involved with project management, but I’ve heard inVeritaSoft follows instructions well and works closely with project leaders. They typically meet in-person with my client initially and then use Skype or other video conferencing tools to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They handle projects professionally and listen to my clients to find the best fit for their needs. They’ve even gone out and hired a new developer to accomplish a task one of my clients needed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should work on growing their junior developers into senior developers and expanding the team’s competence. This is something I know they’re working on.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re the makers of MediaShout, a church presentation software company. I’m the president and owner.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with inVeritaSoft?
We needed to transfer our existing product from C++ to .NET.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They evaluated our product and compared it to our competitors. They helped redesign the UI for our Version 7 in an innovative and creative way. U.S. churches form our primary customer base and the software accommodates a variety of media, including sermon notes, scriptures, lyrics, moving backgrounds, and video. They transferred the existing platform to .NET and added a lot of new functionality that greatly enhances the user experience.
What is the team composition?
We originally had a team of three developers and a project manager. That has grown to a team of six.
How did you come to work with inVeritaSoft?
They approached me. They were visiting Nashville at the time and I was impressed by their pitch. We’ve used multiple companies in India, California, and Ukraine in the past 17 years but liked what they offered. The city they’re based in has a top-notch university and is the Silicon Valley of Eastern Europe. Their culture was similar to ours, the people are bright, and their costs were lower than U.S. companies.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $180,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We first started working together in September 2017 and development is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They have a good QA system set up and we’re just getting the first working draft up and running. The result so far is beyond all my expectations. Whenever there’s a bug or a crash, they address the problem immediately. They fix issues before we notice them.
How did inVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
Our project manager is stellar. They’re smart, organized, and retain highly competent people. They recruited a brilliant senior tech lead and have been a wonderful partner. We mainly communicate through Jira and have a morning meeting every weekday by phone. We also use Skype and Slack and have met in person multiple times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re masterful, insightful, and efficient and I can’t praise them enough. Their company culture is healthy and well-defined. Their people have character and integrity and their corporate values and culture are very similar to our own. That’s very attractive to us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’m impressed by them and they exceed all my expectations. Working with them is a gift and I have no recommendations for improvements.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Get to know them and their culture. They’re in the U.S. frequently, and we go visit them once a year. Building a relationship with them is important.

With a team of 10–11 developers and one senior-level project manager, InVeritaSoft created a web and mobile app. Their services have extended to multiple development projects using a varied technology stack.
InVeritaSoft delivers exceptional project management processes and leadership. Their efficiency, focus, and management ensure that any code change or issue is quickly remedied. With a team of project-specific experts, they provide guidance for an evolving software development lifecycle.

transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO of Earning.com. We are a workforce automation startup focused on the freelance gig economy.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with InVeritaSoft?
We needed assistance with development efforts for our web and mobile app. Since we knew we would not have a consistent output, it made more sense to outsource the work instead of hiring someone internally for a full-time position.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I’ve worked with InVeritaSoft on multiple projects where they have provided Native and React Native iOS and Android apps. However, for this specific project, they created a responsive web application and mobile app on an agile platform. They used a technology stack that included Angular, JavaScript, html5, CSS3, ASP.net, WebAPI.net, and they assisted with AWS’ Cognito.
They assisted with the entire software development lifecycle and project management. They gathered requirements, turned them into user stories, created a login and registration page, and directed development efforts through demos to product completion.
They’ve developed code for additional projects, including creating a bounty system for our ICO platform and providing development operations on our AWS cloud platform. Additionally, they provide wireframes and design efforts depending on the project, level of documentation, and requirements.
What is the team composition?
At it’s largest, the team was made up of 10–12 people including developers and a project manager.
How did you come to work with InVeritaSoft?
Different colleagues referred them to me. I selected InVeritaSoft because their development process was more mature and defined than what I had seen with most vendors. They also showed a much better partnership role than what I was familiar with in traditional outsourcing companies.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent over $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We first began working together October 2017, and they are still providing us with development work.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They provide exceptional code quality and have a rapid turnaround time for addressing any issues or code changes. They have a focused team that is expertly run by a senior project manager, which increases their efficiency. Their ability to focus on the project, without any other pulls for the team’s attention, helps in delivering a high-quality product and is not something that I’ve seen in many onshore teams. I’ve had a very good experience working with them.
How did InVeritaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management and senior project managers are some of the key benefits of working with them. A lot of times software development projects will fail because of the project leadership, and as a startup company, we didn’t have the bandwidth to be full-time project managers. To have a vendor that put an experienced senior level project manager in that leadership position made all the difference in the project’s success.
Overall, InVeritaSoft has a very well defined project management process. They manage user stories and scrum boards, use Jira for task management, and interact with you along the way—keeping you updated on project status and defining, or re-defining, requirements.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have extremely skilled developers and leadership that understands the development process. InVeritaSoft looks at candidates’ success in other projects and how that translates to success in your project. Because of that, we weren’t just working with a development team; we were working people that were experts in exactly what we needed. We could rely on them to answer our questions and provide us with guidance, and that level of involvement is rare in an offshore team.
They viewed the work as an opportunity to develop a long-term partnership. So, they weren’t taking routes that would stretch out the project and make them the most profit, but they were making choices that worked best for us. That honesty was huge to us and has definitely cemented our relationship.
Additionally, we didn’t have to go in with every specification laid out in detail or every step of the development process established. They were able to take a well-defined process and use agile methodologies to adapt the approach, draw out and identify important user stories, and define different priorities as the project evolved
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their team will continue to be incredibly successful as they grow and mature their processes further. They’re on the right track to become a giant provider of development services. I think there is always room for improvement, but nothing sticks out as a major pain point.
