We leveraged InterFulfillment for the intake, organization, kitting and distribution of the Team Canada sports kit (clothing) ahead of the event.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We had used InterFulfillment in the past for kitting and distribution support for Games related product and Holiday gifting. The teams had great feedback and reviews on the experience; which is why we chose to leverage them again for the kit.

For the project, InterFulfillment was asked to receive in product, organize the product, pick and kit product based on individual and unique order requirements. InterFulfillment was then responsible for packaging up each kit and shipping it out on behalf of Team Canada.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I see this more so a question for InterFulfillment. With a timing constraint, many individuals within InterFulfillment leaned in to ensure we met our shipping timelines.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Given the complexity of the project and the added challenges of COVID-19, a few unforeseen issues did arise. The Interfulfillment team was quick to:
identify the issue
produce a solution where possible
ask for a call to either align on their recommendation OR if they could not solve the problem on their own, bring us into the situation to help solve.
This happened a few times in the process; Interfulfillment handled each hurdle with patience and a solution-oriented mindset. When we fell back on timelines, they leveraged their connections to have the products picked up as soon as they were ready and expedite the shipping.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very effective. Whenever the team ran into roadblocks or required clarity- they were quick to reach and help resolve to ensure our shipping timelines were not missed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Interfulfillment was just as committed as we were to the success and delivery of the project. They were in the depths of the project with us and celebrated the completion. It is rare to see this kind of commitment and personal dedication.
