We are a CRO (contract research organization) that provides servicies to the cosmetic-pharmaceutical industry. In order to provide our services, we need a big data base of the characterists of the skin of all our panelists, in order to match this profiles with the needs of the products of our clients. We needed an app that worked both as data base and search engine in order to register and keep up to date the clinical history of our panelists, so that we could improve and minimize errors in the recruitment for the studies. The app needed to be accesible by 2 areas of our staff.

Panelists are registered in our data base and linked to the studies they are performing. A history of the studies in which they participate is kept, so there are records and no information is lost. The clinical history can be easily updated so that we can match panelist and study in the correct way. Time has been optimized and the two departments can work together fine.

Yes. The project management was always on time and kept working together with us to fulfill our needs, even if they were not clear at the beggining (even for us) Innen helped us improve our work flow.
