INGIC delivered a logo and was supposed to deliver an iOS and Android application. It was supposed to feature admin and sub-admin portals, live chat and rating features, and mapping capabilities.

The logo was delivered behind schedule and the application was never finished. The high turnover of INGIC’s project management team affected their ability to communicate timelines. They responded unprofessionally to concerns and lacked transparency about progress.

They changed my project manager many times, and none of them were professional or honest about the work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After I signed a contract with INGIC, I realized that it didn’t have a timeline or a description of the project. I received the logo after 50 days, and was told that the application would be ready in 55 days. The app was never delivered.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was hard and not satisfying.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They offer no service for a low price.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They need to work on everything from honesty to manners.
