I am the Chief Marketing Officer of a video production company that offers animation solutions to all types of businesses.

We hired INGIC to help us launch our website and start a new brand of video production.

We sought a visually attractive website that fit our brand's persona and drives traffic.

We originally found INGIC through an internet search, but a friend recommended them, as well.

INGIC developed our website in a way that reflects our values and our services well. They achieved our objectives as a user-friendly and creative website.

We were assigned one project manager and several technical support representatives.

The website helped us attract more customers and grow our business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their team was professional, courteous, and prompt. We were able to approve all prototypes prior to development. The project manager was patient and cooperative throughout the whole process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of their work while working with tight deadlines is most notable, but their customer support deserves praise, as well.

No, we were satisfied with their work.

We hired INGIC to develop a mobile application.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to have a high-quality mobile app.

How did you select this vendor?

I researched vendors on the internet and looked at reviews from other customers.

They were building a lifestyle app for iOS and Android. It was supposed to have admin and sub-admin portals, live chat and rating features, as well as promos, gift cards and mapping capabilities.   

What was the team composition?

They changed my project manager many times, and none of them were professional or honest about the work.  

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After I signed a contract with INGIC, I realized that it didn’t have a timeline or a description of the project. I received the logo after 50 days, and was told that the application would be ready in 55 days. The app was never delivered.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was hard and not satisfying.  

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They offer no service for a low price.  

Are there any areas for improvement?

They need to work on everything from honesty to manners.
