I have never been this disappointed in my life. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place has no regard for quality or customer service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted as if they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence.

The product/service? Don’t even get me started. It was a complete waste of money and time. Not only did it fail to meet any of the basic expectations, but it was also poorly executed, with obvious flaws that anyone could notice.

The cleanliness was appalling, the atmosphere was suffocating, and it honestly felt like I was in a run-down, abandoned place, not a business trying to offer a service. I can’t believe I paid for this.

This place is a joke, and if you value your time, energy, and money, I highly recommend you stay far, far away. I wouldn't trust them to deliver even the simplest of tasks. Save yourself the trouble – don't make the mistake I did.

To put it simply: I need a 10%+ profit to make my firm operate, and Infinity Media assisted me in translating our monthly budgets and estimates into goals for ROAS, newsletters, and so on, so that we hit those targets on a constant basis. 

When we don't accomplish our objectives, they are proactive and never offer excuses; instead, they come up with fresh ideas to test and make them happen. Is stress reduction a measurable outcome? If so, that's the most important one for me.
