Incrementors Web Solutions has developed my website. Through this website, I take bookings from customers and offer three services: luggage storage, luggage transportation, and people transportation. Still, our primary business is luggage storage. The team is still working with us on our website. Whenever we face any issue, we just contact them, and they take care of it.

I'm not good with technology, so I unfortunately don't know the technologies being used. For everything we need on the site, I simply tell Incrementors Web Solutions, and they just manage it.

First, we contacted Krishna (SEO Specialist). From there, we've had a single point of contact from Incrementors Web Solutions. One time, we had a meeting with them to explain my concept, and there were 6–7 teammates involved. Additionally, we've worked with a very intelligent lady from their team. Our main point of contact has been the person in charge of delivering all the content for our website to the developer.

I was searching for website developers and found Incrementors Web Solutions on Google. I'm from Bangladesh, a neighbour country of India. I know that India has very good engineers, so I was looking for a website developer from India specifically.

After finding some website developers in India, I contacted them. We talked with many different companies, but we ultimately chose Incrementors Web Solutions because their price was very low, and they promised everything we wanted.

How much have you invested with them?

I've paid them $1,400 in two parts. First, I paid them $750 to start the project. Recently, I paid them the rest upon completion of the development work.

We started working together around June 2024, and our engagement is ongoing. However, I caused some delays in the beginning because I was busy with the licensing. Therefore, we started the bulk of work for this project around July 2024. After one and a half months, our website is ready.

Incrementors Web Solutions has been very quick, and our new website is quite good and is running smoothly. From the start, I wanted a very simple website that was easy to understand and use. As mentioned, I'm not very good at tech, so my logic was that if I understood it, everyone would, too.

Incrementors Web Solutions has understood my requirements very well and created a very simple booking system. In this system, the user has to choose from three or four options, like the arrival time and the pricing. Additionally, they can choose from two payment options: Apple Pay or credit card using Visa or Mastercard.

This payment processing is amazing. I didn't even think about including Apple Pay; Incrementors Web Solutions suggested that. Everything with the booking system is so easy to use and understand that customers can make a reservation in less than a minute.

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Our primary form of communication is a WhatsApp group in which my partner, I, and two teammates from Incrementors Web Solutions are included. Their team is always available and responds quickly at night in my time zone, which I'm not sure what time it is in India.

Every time I need to change something, I just tell them, and they change it. On these occasions, I make a video explaining what I need to change, and they change it for me. We usually have time to make these changes, so we work very relaxed and calm. I also speak Hindi, so we communicate very well. Thanks to our collaboration, we've created a very nice website.

I would like to give a shout-out to our main point of contact. He's a very nice person, and over time, we've become very good friends. We talk about our personal lives as much as we talk about our professional lives.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Incrementors Web Solutions is very responsive. One time, I had an issue with the site, and it was a holiday in India. Still, they responded quickly, which was very surprising because no one worked on that day. After that, we simply waited one or two days before the issue was fixed. There is no challenge i face with them good staff and hardworking intelligent

 No, they were great.

Incrementors Web Solutions is very fast and very professional. Still, everyone can make mistakes, especially if there's a gap in the understanding. Therefore, if you explain your concept in the best way possible and be clear about what you want, they'll do a very good job. If you want to build a website with them, go for it. Work with them they will fulfill all of your need and wants

What's unique about them is they give the empty promise of a money back guarantee that they actually have no intension of honoring.

My experience with Incrementors Web Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare. They promised first-page Google rankings for my website or my money back, but this was a complete joke. I paid them half the price of a new car, only to find my website buried pages deep in Google search results, nowhere to be found by actual customers. The only emails I received through my site were spam.

The project skyrocketed over the agreed timeframe and budget, yet the results were extremely poor. Incrementors kept making empty promises, asking for more time, but the results remained the same – nonexistent. Despite their so-called "money-back guarantee," I never got a single penny back for their amateur work.

Their incompetence is astounding. They shouldn't be in business. They need a lot more practice before even remotely advertising themselves as professionals. Their SEO services are a fantastic way to go bankrupt and gamble your life savings away. A poor DIY attempt at SEO would have yielded the same substandard rankings.

I fired them three months ago, and despite admitting to the poor results, they still haven't refunded me. They even had the audacity to offer "help" afterwards at "no additional charge," which involved me doing half the job for them by coming up with new content or page ideas. They are so incompetent they need help from their clients to do half their job for them.

Stay far away from Incrementors Web Solutions if you value your money and your business. They are the epitome of incompetence, empty promises, and unprofessionalism.

For this month, they'll focus on both on-page and off-page optimization.

Achieving results is a time-consuming process. We've just begun working on the project, so I have no idea what the end result of our work will be. Whenever I contact them, they try to answer my questions as much as possible, so they seem like a legitimate company that knows what they're doing. Actual results will come up down the road in a few months.

Incrementors Web Solutions has respected the timelines and budget. When we started working together, we had a virtual meeting in which they showed me the whole plan divided into months and explained what they would do each month. In fact, we will have a meeting again soon, in which they'll provide me with a whole report for the first month. We'll also discuss what they'll do for the months of May and June 2024.

I have no idea how Incrementors Web Solutions could improve. We're just in the first month of our engagement, and they've been very good thus far. Whenever I point out something incorrect that they need to fix, they get it fixed as soon as they can.

I would wait three or four months to see the outcome before I can provide any actual advice. At the moment, I have no idea what the result will be, so I don't know if their work will be good or bad.
