I’m the CEO of Artisan Multimedia, a relatively new multimedia company that offers solutions for the dental market. We set up and manage Google Business profiles and work with all forms of related media. This includes videos, posts, and profile optimization.

We had to wait for a few days as they did their research and gathered information to isolate our problem. After that, IWS provided well-researched and documented answers. As it turned out, there was no issue with our profile. Nonetheless, they’ve given us additional information and strategies regarding customer reviews on Google.

IWS has been able to locate specific instructions and best practices from Google, the actual source. We now have a clear understanding of how our clients can best request reviews from their customers. 

Additionally, IWS has told us what we need to be doing exactly. Their work has refined our strategy moving forward so that we’re not doing something unproductive or harmful to our business.

IWS’ project management is excellent. We communicate through emails and Upwork’s messaging system. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

IWS is always available and reliable, and they’re very communicative. However, there has been one time when I’ve failed to understand what they are saying. Nonetheless, they are always there and have never stepped away. 

IWS has given us specific answers in a short time. I appreciate working with somebody that has a strong work ethic and doesn’t put people off. They are quick and eager to help.

I can’t think of anything.

Expect some communication issues because they’re in a different part of the world. As such, be as specific as you possibly can. If you have questions, make sure they’re presented as accurately as possible on your end.

Incrementors worked with us on keyword research for a long time. We worked with them to determine what keywords people were searching for and which terms were most relevant to our company. We also considered which market segments we wanted to target and where competition existed. Incrementors makes changes to meta descriptions and page names for on-site SEO.

They investigated our competitors, their keywords, blog topics, and even the services they provide for off-site SEO. They keep us updated on what's new and what keywords or movements to watch. This is really beneficial since it allows us to compete on an equal footing with our competitors. They’ve done technical audits. They provide us with website information and recommendations, which we subsequently put into action.

In total, Six people are involved. For the most part, I communicate with the Customer Success Manager about everything. It's lovely dealing with them, and they are extremely great at what they do!
