49% or more of our target keywords appeared on page one. Additionally, for keywords with a 22,000 monthly search traffic, we jumped from sixteenth to first. Incoming calls from Google organic search have increased by 28 percent over the past six months, while organic traffic has increased by 47 percent year over year.

The biggest goal of online businesses is to rank higher on Google search results and have more links available so that people can find them when searching for certain keywords and phrases. That was our goal, too; we wanted more exposure so that we could get more traffic and conversions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Incrementors provides us with SEO services. First, they requested some documents from us through Google Drive to gather information in order to access our profiles and accounts for social media, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Then, they used Ahref to audit our site and figure out the areas of improvement and the issues we needed to solve.

After revisiting our site, Incrementors started solving those problems and implementing on-site SEO tactics to increase our exposure. Since then, they’ve been doing continuous optimizations, especially because our site has over 10,000 products. They’ve reviewed a lot of pages and updated a lot of content. They’ve also researched and provided us with keyword options for us to choose the ones that suit us better.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In the last month, we’ve seen 7.5% more visits, 9% new users, and a 5% increase in sessions. Additionally, our site’s positioning has increased by 7%, our revenue by 39%, and our domain authority from 43–52, which is very good. Metrics are going up, and we seem to be on the right track. As long as I see results, I’ll continue using Incrementors’ services.

Incrementors is very organized, and they offer streamlined processes. Every issue and task is organized in a Google spreadsheet, making it easy and convenient to access and review their work. Besides sharing spreadsheets, we also use Google Drive to share documents and keep every part of the project documented.

Most of our communication is through Skype, and Incrementors answers our messages in a timely fashion. They accommodate my time zone, which is really helpful and makes our communication very good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Incrementors communication and domain of the English language have been key. They’re very understanding, and their response time is very fast, which is outstanding.

Not really. It is a fresh relationship, but everything is going well, and I’m very happy with the results so far.

Thanks to Incrementors' efforts, our website has grown from seven to 23 pages, and that's important because that helps improve our reach on search engines. This has helped increase our organic search traffic by 123%.

During our initial call, they asked us how we needed them to work. They've met all the deadlines and stayed on budget; there have been no issues. I would pull them in full-time if I could. We use GitHub for the code and Jira for task assignments. Half the time, the tickets on Jira are their idea, and they close them once they get them done. Our day-to-day communication is through Slack.

The best part about working with Incrementors is their communication skills, plus the quality of their reporting. We had another SEO provider before them, and we had very little communication. Meanwhile, the Incrementors team has been fully communicative throughout the project. They ask what we need and deliver high-quality reports.

Every time we need something, Shiv comes on board punctually and with great communication to take care of the tasks — I’ve had a great experience working with them so far. They also stay within budget and deadlines.

Incrementors’ quality of work was good. Thanks to their efforts, our organic traffic increased by 80%, and we got a lot of clicks on our website. The team expanded on our preexisting SEO that was active for four years and took it to the next level. The team was very professional and readily available; they were always eager to get on the phone with us.

Additionally, I was impressed with the initial consultation, which they didn’t charge us for. Incrementors accomplished our brief’s goal and got our site to a point where the results’ value exceeded the cost. We had to end our engagement because we’re making some adjustments on our end.
