We have a 2 weeks sprint since Oct 2021 and InApps has never failed to complete most of the requirements so far though there are some tweaks and minor cosmetic changes.

We interviewed vendors and were impressed with InApps, because of its proven expertise, smooth communication, and reasonable costs.

It was a big data analysis project on an operating system that we built ourselves. There is already a version for the Chinese market. We want to develop a Global version.

The structure includes 1 team in China, 1 team in the USA, and an offshore development team in Vietnam (hiring InApps team with 7 headcounts).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have just kicked off the project for a few months. Still, the current results are satisfied with what the team has shown, especially the straightforward and professional communication and reporting, making us confident in assigning essential tasks.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Three teams work in different time zones, but the InApps team has adjusted and adapted. I appreciate this point. Besides, the InApps team proposed new solutions for the US team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed with the InApps team's professional experience. Although I only expect middle level, most of them are seniors, professional working methodology.

This project with requirements is only at the general idea level. However, the InApps team, with their expertise, has worked very hard and detailed into a solution, planning, and implementation to meet the deadline by milestones. They have good communication and blockchain expertise. Although the project has kicked off a few months, the InApps team gives us confidence in quality and progress.

We have a 4 hours difference in time zone, but both teams have worked well together in communication, work exchange, and timely reporting to solve the project's problems. InApps Team has BA, Project Manager, and Technical Lead to communicate and advise our team in clarifying requirements and analyzing project risks. InApps's Engineers team, with a proactive spirit, completed the work with high responsibility.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am most impressed with the proactive spirit in the work of the InApps team. They proactively plan, report, propose, and solve problems quickly.

Not yet for now.
