We had existing mobile and TV applications and we needed a web dashboard to mimic that functionality to be useful on desktops and so we hired InApps to help us build out that dashboard.

We were currently working with a developer from InApps for our Roku application and they were doing a great job and they recommended George for our web development needs.

We had an existing framework for the dashboard using ReactJS so we had a kickoff meeting with George to provide him with GitHub access and gave him a few tasks to get familiar with the code. George has completed many feature implementations to really improve the usability of the web dashboard.

George was full time on our web dashboard and Nick was part time on our Roku client.

The web dashboard is much more usable now and allows our users to watch their TV channels, schedule recordings and view their recordings from their browser.

We are very loose with requirements and are very appreciative that George asks great questions and understands the requirements from a fundamental level before he starts coding. He gives daily updates via Upwork Messenger and is never hesitant to ask questions if he doesn't understand something. He has always delivered on time with great code quality.

They've gone above and beyond with little touches to not only make the result usable, but visually appealing as well. He has a great eye for visual design as well as code design and makes his work blend in with the rest of the project seamlessly.

Although different in culture, language, and timezone. We have worked together effectively through an agile project management team and timely reporting, and most importantly, the spirit of the InApps team is always ready to handle complex issues.

I am most impressed with the responsibility and the initiative in work. This makes me feel secure about empowering the InApps team. Although the timezone was different, the team actively reported, solved problems, and suggested new ideas to help improve the product.

If it needs to be improved, it should be improved more fluently in English communication. Sometimes it may be because I am not sure I understand 100% what developers transfer because of the accent.

We were interacted with the project manager and Technical Team Lead, but haft way through the project we also discussed with QC/QA as well Front End and back-end developers to get more in depth of the App. Which was good because we can get their insight and the view from developers view and customers view to make it a better product.

After a few month launched it, we've seen some progressing and feedback of the App. there were a lot of good feedback about the App and some minor changes that needs to change and improve. InApps was able to updated and made all the changes as we requested .

It was very effective as we had meeting once every week mixed phone calls and Zoom meetings. They were always there for us if we have any questions or concerns.

We are still collaborating with InApps so far, and this vendor has achieved some very satisfying results: - Problem-solving skills - Communication skills - Dedication at work in support of urgent issues Results: - Solved the main problems of the previous team. - Completed the release milestones on time.

We're using Skype and also Slack to communicate together. Also, the important thing this vendor has done very well is that they communicate and report almost daily, so issues get resolved very quickly.

They often have the video call with us to discuss their questions and the requirements, so they follow the project closely to help us feel more secure. Tasks and bugs are managed on JIRA also help me to grasp their work and monitoring progress closely.

I see this team has the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, new ideas. We are most impressed with their proactiveness, which saved us a lot of time and effort.
