We hired Ikon Digital Media to manage and grow our affiliate program. The expectation was that their team would manage our program in its entirety to free up our team to focus on other initiatives. 

We needed recruitment of more top-tier content affiliates and publishers, which was challenging for our team to accomplish given the limited experience and bandwidth. We required in-depth reporting and analytics at a regular cadence to understand our ROAS and where we were missing the mark. 

Ultimately, the goal of the partnership was for the team at Ikon to grow our affiliate sales effectively and increase our ROAS.

Ikon was able to double our affiliate revenue within five months of partnering. They outlined a clear growth strategy and got to work quickly to accomplish our mutual revenue growth targets. 

Additionally, they recruited nearly 80 new partners to our program, most of which generated sales in the first few months. They also worked with our current affiliates to promote our brand and drive traffic and sales quickly. Our ROAS has grown from 4x to 11x in the first five months. 

We've also seen increased conversion rates and average order values.

All items were delivered on time, and projects were completed on time. The team is very communicative and transparent. They would address our needs promptly, and we've never had to follow up with things slipping through the cracks.
