MAYBE WE WERE READY FOR WEBSHOP AT THAT MOMENT WHICH THEY SUGGESTED US WOULD PROBABLY BE EVEN MORE SUCCESSFUL.

The Google Ads work they’ve done for us has generated more clicks, resulting in a traffic increase. The quality of their design is also impressive. These are all great metrics for us.

The new brand was already on the market when we launched the official website. After that, sales increased by 75%. We even saw an increase on social engagements on our social networks, by linking them to the site, that was widely accepted by our target market.

There was a minor bug with a dimension of a wrongly uploaded photo, but after we contacted them, they fixed it very quickly.

I work as a sales representative and web development adviser for an alcohol retailer. We are a small company with 14 employees, we are mostly working with bars, restaurants, hotels and some of our sales are going through wholesale.

Since the lunch of the webshop, we are making significant growth each year.

Most of the communication was done through mail, skype, and other communication tools that are available. We had a few live meetings when needed to see the live presentation of the job done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

CEO of the company is very market-oriented, he is following all the new emerging technologies and trends, trying to adapt as fast as possible to new market demands. Some of the solutions and recommendations from Iconis were a huge help.

Also, the main programmer is very skilled and professional in all the technologies we needed to build our webshop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Regarding our project and the solutions we got I don't think that something could be done better or faster. We were very satisfied with the solution and the time the project was finished.

I am a graduate expert in EU funds, originally from Poland. 

Poland ranks first in Europe when it comes to successfully withdrawing financial resources from EU funds and it's where I spent years working and growing my experience in this field. 

When I moved to Croatia, I decided to bring together other experts to use our knowledge and help Croatian entrepreneurs in developing and successfully financing their projects through EU funds.
