IceWeb provides us with SEO and PPC services, handles all our website's marketing, and promotes us on Google. Initially, we had a discovery call, and IceWeb gave us a presentation of their plan of action. They created a tree structure to understand which cities and keywords we wanted to promote. They created a whole strategy and a presentation explaining where we would be in a year.

We did the keyword research together. IceWeb did the research themselves and presented me with the keywords. I approved or disapproved of the ones that weren’t relevant and kept the relevant ones. The team now runs our Google Ads campaigns.

We've worked with Jovan (SEO Team Lead), who collects data; Natalia (SEO Consultant), who handles SEO; Violet (Search Engine Advertising Team Lead), who handles PPC; Vladimir (Former Sales Development Representative), who worked on the technical side of the website; Bar (Founder & Marketing Director); and Liron (Chief Strategist).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in keyword rankings, web traffic, and click-through rates. In the first year, IceWeb had a hard time reaching the goal they gave me in the presentation. I think they overestimated it at first. However, right now, we’re in a position of getting more and more leads, so it feels like we’re getting better. I've given them the benefit of the doubt to continue pushing and see where we can get.

How did IceWeb perform from a project management standpoint?

They communicate better than me. Sometimes, I have a hard time getting back to them when they send emails because I'm very busy. We use Slack and email, but I've noticed it's hard to communicate that way. I always try to tell them to use WhatsApp because it’s quick and easy. I communicate with all my team on WhatsApp, so I thought it was a good idea for them. They don’t want to, though.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I interact well with Natalia and see the good work she’s doing. Still, all of them are great. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they could get us more leads. They’re a little expensive; I wish the price was a little cheaper. Additionally, I think they shouldn't overestimate when they first get to a client interaction. It's preferable to underestimate and deliver better results rather than overestimate and deliver fewer results.

Try them out; they're great.

6. In July 2023 NoIR had 19 keywords ranking in the first 3 positions on Google, and 93 keywords in positions 4-10, steadily improving to 88 keywords in the first 3 positions, and 313 keywords in positions 4-10 in July 2024. ​
