In addition to managing our paid campaigns, they play a strategic role in helping us identify and amplify momentum from high-performing campaigns to maximize results. They handle both the creative and copywriting for paid ads, and consistently bring fresh ideas to the table. I also rely on them as a sounding board when testing new promotions and approaches, and they've provided valuable insights into email marketing best practices.
