The project I am involved in required us to map out a new data provider, update the mapping to existing fields within our platform, and then build out an entirely new section. This meant translating the data table and field names to the new provider, ensuring that the results were accurate, and then formatting the additional data into an easy to read format.

The mapping for the existing fields was handled through a shared Google docs spreadsheet, we all updated it daily and added notes and results. Then for the new sections, I mapped everything out in Excel and then cut and pasted it into a PowerPoint for reference.

I have only been working with Mohammad.

I just received this today from a client: Hope all is well! I am so loving all of the new data points added to 360! I have started to add my notes from the college conversations that I have attended! So happy to have them all organized and all in one place!

Communication is very easy, and Mohammad makes sure that there is a clear understanding on both sides on how to proceed. Communication is through email, Trello, and Whatsapp. We speak daily and everything is proceeding according to our schedule.

The IBR Infotech team has more than met our expectations. They have designed, developed, and tested a modern platform that our users absolutely love. They have an extremely fast response rate on all issues, even with the timezone difference. Their customer service is outstanding and I have enjoyed working with them and will continue to work with them on our future projects.

The IBR Infotech team is easy to work with, and in fact, very responsive. Many of our objectives are communicated through Trello, and we meet via zoom whenever necessary.

The team leader, Mohammad, is willing and able to meet with me whenever I request and he always seeks to truly understand the scope of each new project or issue. His communication style is effective, and he is always kind and courteous.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I have been most impressed with regarding the work we are doing with Mohammad and his team is the level of human kindness that has been displayed over the past few years.

Although this started out as simply a business transaction, I now feel that Mohammad is as much a part of our team as the local team and that Mohammad cares about the success of our company as much as we do.

I am also extremely impressed with the level of talent and work ethic displayed by the IBR Infotech team. Combine the two, and we feel we have found the perfect solution for our development needs. We look forward to continuing this relationship for years to come.

In all honestly, there is nothing I would ask to change from IBR Infotech. In the very beginning it took me a bit of time to learn how to work effectively with a contracted developer rather than an employee., but this was on my end, not theirs.

Overall, our experience with IBR Infotech was excellent, but one area for improvement could be slightly more frequent progress updates during the development phase. While they were always responsive when contacted, proactive weekly check-ins could have made tracking progress even easier.
