Paid advertising was beginning to produce diminshing returns so we wanted to increase our visibility for highly competitive searches in the finance industry.

They helped us develop a strategy in terms of how we could reach our target audience through search engine marketing. When it came to the SEO work, they did all that for us. It started with technical improvements to our website, then they worked on implementing changes to improve our site's ranking for our target market, and they created new content for our site. Initially, we only wanted SEO services for our website but ended up using their content creation services as well.

We worked with one salesperson who helped us choose the right approach from their offering and one campaign manager who was our main point of contact.

We were spending in the six digit range every year on paid advertising. Now, we spend half of what we used to on paid traffic and our customer acquisition has improved YoY.

They were clear about scheduling and always met deadlines. Our campaign manager was availble to address concerns when we had them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their organizational skills put me at ease. I was worried about publishing so much content and whether it would accurately reflect our company's offering but they managed it without errors.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. I would recommend that, as they grow, they consider working in other marketing channels as well.

I chose High Voltage because they had worked on similar projects in the past. This made my decision pretty clear as they had case studies to show results and opportunities.

They did an audit of my site and fixed a lot of structural issues I had. After the first month we got into a steady content plan to increase the total keywords and pages bringing traffic to my site.

HV was able to increase the speed and overall trust on my site, which improved my old rankings after a couple of months. It wasn't until the 3rd or 4th month after our content was posted that we saw a steady increase in impressions and visitors.

They were very easy to work with and made sure I understood all of their suggestions before making any changes to my site. They were always prompt with their deliverables, and they kept me informed along the way.

It took a while before I was able to see improvements from the new content but after the first few months we started seeing steady and consistent growth. I wish we had started with some kind of paid advertising just to boost the site while the SEO had time to take effect.

They always gave thorough research documents and deliverables. Honestly it was a little overwhelming at times, but my campaign manager was able to walk me through a lot of it during our meetings.

They were pretty hands-on and worked closely with me to ensure I'd be proud of the content that we were making. I always had a steady stream of content to review and approve, along with weekly check-ins on the status of our project.

I liked how the campaign manager really worked with me to build a content plan that fit my company. From the whole keyword process to actually writing the quality content they made it a smooth process overall.

There were a couple of times where our content was a delayed but it never really held back the project in the end.
