I created Babies Nutrition with a partner of mine to help mothers save money. When it comes to feeding their infant babies, the baby formula is very expensive. At babies nutrition you can get your babies food delivered to your front door for free and at a huge discounted rate.

We wanted the new site to list all the essential details about our school. Examples of this content include timetables, course listings, and faculty information about our principal and teachers. By making relevant information easy for parents and visitors to access, we hoped to portray our organization in a trustworthy light.

We were looking for a vendor who resides in our city so we could meet in person if needed. After researching local providers on Google, we found Guru Technolabs. We discussed our requirements and were impressed with their team, so we selected them for this engagement.

Guru Technolabs developed our entire informational website based on the sitemap we provided. They chose a striking color scheme and designed a fantastic structure to maximize content on particular pages. 

The site includes resources for many types of users. Prospective families can fill out an application form online. Parents of current students can access their grades and test results. Guru Technolabs always listened carefully to us and implemented all the feedback we gave them.

The team included a designer, developer, tester, and marketer. We spoke directly with a project manager, who liaised with everyone else.

Guru Technolabs developed an amazing website that’s positively impacted our school.  Now, it’s easy for students to get timetables, look up course details, and check their grades. The user-friendly and informative new platform is especially useful for newcomers and applicants who want more insight. Since it launched, the team has also provided reliable support and maintenance.

Very open project management style based upon definitions that they helped us develop. We used both zoom as well as email to communicate. They were always timely with their responses.

Communicating with India in real time is not always easy but Guru accommodated our time difference

Creating content in English for SEO work was the only issue I had. This is a big challenge even for native English speakers to create seamless content.

Being new to the business world, I hired Guru Technolabs to both create a website for my store, and assist me and guide me through the process of starting a business. My goal was to, by the time the project with Technolabs reached its end, have an up and running business with a full grasp of how things work.

I selected Guru Technolabs out of all the other countries after coming across a blog that stood out to me where they mentioned that they were willing to help every step of the way, and a promise that was very well kept. Their reputation seemed to excel from their reviews, and they had already worked on several other projects similar to the one I wanted to start, meaning they were very familiar with the process. As such, these factors compelled me to work with guru Technolabs.

We had a virtual meeting to discuss the process and steps involved with the project. We also had a meeting discussing my role in the creation of the business. Guru Technolabs then went ahead, after confirming with me, and began developing the website. They checked in with me regularly, informing me of the stage it was, and taking feedback, making adjustments and corrections. Once the project's website stage had been completed, we went on to discuss the next steps involved in running the business.

There were two individuals, a project manager and another worker at guru Technolabs who was my main point of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As stated, they delivered excellently, meeting my expectations and going beyond as they were very patient in my requests and helped explain things considering I was quite new, and truly helped every step of the way.

We used slack every couple of days to communicate, where they would send in links to the current website and I would be able to see updates and inform them of any changes to be made. The style in which they managed the project was I would communicate my requests through the person I had first come into contact with as they were more aware of my situation and he would relay them to the project manager.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were really experienced in the field of pet stores and were really kind and patient, willing to explain in detail the steps one would need to take to start a business. They were understanding of an individual's circumstances and took that into consideration when they delivered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was an issue as I was a full-time student in the midst of my exams and following that up I've been busy with applications and results day etc. But they took that into consideration and adapted to my schedule and were accepting of my late responses.
