GTMFlex has designed and developed our website. They've also set up conversion scripts, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel. The team has created a booking and appointment funnel, SEO content, and city-specific pages for SEO. GTMFlex is responsible for running marketing campaigns on Google and Instagram and reaching out to customers via CRM.

GTMFlex has delivered a fast and clean website. Our customer acquisition cost is ₹180 (approximately $1.80 USD), and we've generated 2,500 leads. We also have more than 15,000 monthly website visits.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

GTMFlex has fixed and validated our conversion tracking, which has led to faster decision-making. Our conversion rate has increased by 80.8%, and our cost per booking has decreased by 32.5%. We’ve also seen a 48.2% increase in our ROAS, a higher lead quality, a lower bounce rate, and a traffic increase. Overall, we’ve seen more bookings at the same spend and a lower acquisition cost.

They fixed our tracking, improved the funnel and helped campaigns perform better with no fluff, just solid execution and proactive communication. Highly recommend.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GTMFlex handled the end-to-end launch of our digital presence. They worked on the complete website design and development, from initial wireframes and UI/UX to building a fast, responsive site with our content, contact forms, and basic SEO in place. On the marketing side, they set up our initial campaigns, helped with messaging and creatives, implemented tracking and analytics, and supported us with early optimization to generate qualified traffic and inquiries from day one.More specifically, GTMFlex defined the site structure, designed the layouts and components, and then built the full site on our chosen platform. They also helped write and refine the main page copy (home, services, about, contact) so it matched our positioning and tone of voice and created the supporting graphics and banners used across the site.For marketing, they set up our Google and Meta advertising accounts, built the initial campaigns and ad sets, created the ad creatives and copy, and implemented tracking using analytics and pixels so we could measure leads properly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw clear, measurable progress after working with GTMFlex. Within the first three months of launch, our new website started receiving 50,000 visitors per month (from almost zero earlier). We also began generating an average of 15–20 qualified inquiries per month through the site and paid campaigns. Our cost per lead dropped by around 25%–30% compared to our earlier experiments.Moreover, GTMFlex set up proper tracking, so we now have clear visibility into which channels and campaigns are driving leads and revenue. Overall, the project gave us a professional online presence and a predictable flow of leads instead of relying purely on offline networks and word of mouth.
