Initially, it was a simple action from our side. Once we decided to engage them, we moved forward to an agreement. Later on, we formalized it, and they got to work. We didn’t complicate the process.

They continue to create the calendar and handle our social media content. They used to handle the comments, but they don’t do it anymore.

Currently, we primarily leverage Growthpad Digital Consulting for Facebook and Instagram.

We looked at the metrics a few days ago. We’ve had a 36% increase in sales, a 27% boost in follows, and 400 leads.

They always communicate and deliver within budget. They’ve been on time generally, but there have been cases where they haven’t.

We only use phone calls and emails.

Joy (Digital Media Manager) has been incredible. She’s in charge of media buying and is also the person who’s in charge of them to get by.

They have a good team.

We’ve had some issues with timelines, but they’ve come a long way. It used to be quite a problem during the first three months, but I think it was due to our demands. We had a very short turnaround time.

Take time to onboard them. Our initial engagement was quite challenging.

We started with a discovery meeting. They took their time to listen and understand our product. We gave them our vision and they walked with us throughout the whole process.

We worked with a project manager who outlined the project and kept us on schedule. After each milestone, we would give her feedback, and she’d communicate it to the animators. They shared their work through we transfer and we communicated via email.

We showed off the new video to clients and they were able to easily understand our product. The video generated a lot of engagement on social media which helped drive a 30% increase in sales. Viewers liked the animation style and professional look and feel.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. If they needed to change something, they told us ahead of time so that we could discuss it. We mostly spoke over video chat and email since their team was remote. We could talk with the animators directly.

They took the time to learn about our product, even though they hadn’t worked with a security risk management company before. They were able to suggest new ideas to improve our vision , which made the final video better.

I wish we could have met them in person so that we could show them the product but they still did a good job communicating the key features in the video.

We needed to develop video and image content for the company for the 1st time since launch. The goal was to introduce the faces behind the brand to our key target audiences. The challenge was to bring out what we do in a cool, captivating, interesting way as a company that deals in what would be perceived as being "too technical".

We needed a company that has worked with brands that do B2B communication and GrowthPad stood out as the strongest. Past projects presented were inline with what we were looking for.

We gave a brief to them and they developed a storyboard, we had a few meetings to discuss the way forward, approved the storyline and key people to involve in the video and proceeded to shoot. The post-production phase was smooth as we were introduced to a central point of contact to channel all the feedback to.

The initial meetings were with the CEO, Duncan before we closed the deal, then handed over to the production team (Miano, the videographer and Solomon, the photographer) and a Client Service Lead, Julie. The team works well through the process and understood our feedback especially through the editing process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video was posted on our LinkedIn and gained heavy engagement on the page. Customer queries to the sales team increased.

Email and phone call follow ups from Julie helped the project sail smooth, file sharing on Google Drive and WeTransfer (which lasted longer than usual before expiring). Edits were shared as and when they communicated.

They were constantly checking in with us to give feedback on the edits required, which was impressive. We sometimes got carried away by other projects and delayed on responses but they kept pushing.

None that I could think of, we're definitely engaging them in future projects.

We were looking for a company with some experience in the production of quality agricultural animation videos.

After the discovery meeting. We came up with the script reviewed by both parties. We then developed a storyboard which was thoroughly reviewed by both parties and reviewed the voice options sent to us. In the next phase, the video was animated and reviewed by both parties

Julie was our project manager and she was excellent at it. The feedback process was seamless and fast. Julie communicated well and in good time. Our feedback was also taken well and the changes considered.

The project is still new but the platform is gaining momentum. It's too early to tell right now on the impact.

We had an inception meeting where we all arrived at the same page after clarifications. We then developed a work schedule for the project. We had a total of three videos to work on, so we worked on one at a time. This included initial drafts, corrections until the final product that we as the client approved.

We looked for 3 local video animation companies that were cost-effective and could deliver high-quality work. The deciding factor was that Growth pad had done similar works for a company in the Agriculture industry.

We started with an introduction meeting, followed by a formal briefing meeting. We then shared a signed off brief and the project commenced. First, we sent the script to Growth pad. They shared a storyboard We went through several back & fourth sessions to align on the storyboard. Once this was finalised, production commenced. They then sent through draft 1 for review . Once approval was done, they sent us the final edits for social media distribution.

At the beginning of the process I worked with Duncan, then once the project commenced Julie took over. I must commend Julie for her patience, follow up & follow through for what was one lengthy process.

We worked with Duncan and Juliet and the support was just perfect. They ensured we met our timelines and we stayed within the agreed budget while providing quality work.
