They provide an extensive reporting dashboard where you can see all the details, statistics, and analytics for each part of your account — both paid search and SEO. It’s incredibly useful to review everything month by month.

I’ve been a client of Growth Minded Marketing for a number of years now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the work they’ve done for us. When we first joined the agency, our Google Ads account and SEO rankings were in a real mess, but Stu turned things around incredibly quickly. We saw an immediate increase in leads, which translated directly into more jobs.

Since then, we’ve had consistent improvements across all of our advertising. And when Growth expanded into SEO services, we saw a strong boost in organic traffic to the site as well — again leading to more work. I’m genuinely impressed with the agency and really enjoy working with both Stu and Ray.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Growth Minded Marketing could have done differently?

One area that could be improved is the reporting of the actual work carried out each month. The dashboard they provide is excellent for seeing analytics, statistics, and results, but it might also be useful to have a simple monthly tick-sheet showing the specific actions completed within the scope of work. Being able to see exactly what’s been done — not just the outcomes — would make the reporting even stronger.

Stu is always honest about what will work in paid campaigns, even if it means reworking ads. He has built tailored LinkedIn audiences and helped us create content that resonates with them, ensuring ROI remains strong.

When we first onboarded, we partnered with Ray on a long-term SEO project to improve our site. Since completing that, we’ve focused on ongoing hygiene and targeted initiatives to boost rankings. Most recently, we’ve started implementing schema to strengthen our presence in AI-driven searches.
