They submit weekly reports and have weekly reviews, which are also monitored by our Digital Marketing Heads in the USA and Denmark. Their team also creates brand-compliant designs for us to use in our online and offline marketing activities.

This client is posting false reviews after we completed their SEO, UI/UX, Web Dev & Migration work in good faith. Yes, Web Dev was delayed (partly due to their side) — we offered a discount. They still owe us 50% of Web Dev fee + 2 SEO invoices.
They also blamed us for spam leads from their own PPC campaigns (which we did not run). We had implemented Invisible reCAPTCHA (confirmed via multiple emails), but the client did not understand how it works and kept claiming otherwise. Their contact email is displayed openly on their site (by their request), adding to spam risk.
After project completion, they demanded further discounts. We offered a fair reduction, which they rejected — and then began posting false reviews.
Their review falsely says we only did SEO & Migration, with 1 person involved — in fact, 2 SEO specialists, 1 UI/UX designer, 2 developers worked on it. Even after the SEO retainer was paused, we kept 1 SEO resource to ensure continuity (meta tags, 301s, linking).
