With the help of marketing strategy, we already signed two contracts this year and proceed sales process with a few more MQL leads. We began to receive relevant leads from our website that correspond to our strategy. Our traffic has tripled during our work with Growpad. But what is more important - we began to receive relevant traffic to our healthcare-related pages.

We have a weekly call where we discuss a work scope, and Growpad delivers tasks on a weekly basis.

Focusing only on the IT business helps Aleksey and his team to be on the pulse with the marketing trends and react fast. Taking into consideration Aleksey's previous experience working as a hands-on SEO specialist, his management experience being a CEO in the previous company, and his deep focus on IT services companies gives him the ability to have a unique understanding of the strategic challenges of IT companies, and how they can be solved on practice using digital marketing solutions.

That's a unique combination of deep strategic vision with a clear technical view on how the goals of an IT company could be met using inbound marketing strategies.

During the first month, we decided to focus on service pages we hadn’t focused on before.  

The team started with an in-depth technical and content audit, identifying key growth points and barriers to improving the site's visibility. 

They optimized priority pages, created new landing pages to expand reach, implemented internal linking, and updated content with a focus on relevance and alignment with current search trends, including LLM visibility. 
Key deliverable - we improved SEO rankings for pages that generate another type of leads we like now more.
