I was referred by a colleague and partner.

Galaxy walked me through the scope of the project, set up resource management and communication in a project management app, and was available via this channel, via Zoom and through email.

I worked with about 6-10 sales reps, project managers and technical resources throughout the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I'm very happy with the aesthetic and end result of the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Galaxy, specifically Priyanka was very responsive and helpful, and I really enjoyed working with the team. I know that web dev projects can be challenging to launch and scope creep is fairly typical, but I cannot recommend the team more highly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Every ask I made was addressed and every task fulfilled. I know a good bit about the web development process and had many assets prepared, which made the process easier, but I asked a lot of the Galaxy team and they came through with every request.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wasn't a huge fan of ActiveCollab (the project management tool), but the actual Galaxy team was great.

In two years’ time, we have gone from being a city-based store to a pan-national brand. Currently, our website has over 500 new visitors every day, and this number continues to grow.

They have an efficient and effective way to manage projects. We have one coordinator for everything. They also use a dedicated online project management interface that keeps us up to date with progress and lets us interact with their team.
