Fyresite redesigned the client's outdated website into WordPress in order to manage an increase in mobile traffic, and incorporate features like contract forms and videos.
The site has received positive feedback from users, and its professional presentation has garnered new customers. Both the PPC advertising and the conversion rate have increased.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a law firm providing consumer legal services in the criminal and personal injury spaces.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?
Our website was outdated. We needed to modernize it and make it mobile-friendly, as more and more of our traffic was coming through iPhones and iPads, rather than desktops.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fyresite redesigned our website in WordPress, making it more mobile-friendly. I gave them a certain set of parameters for things that I wanted to include, but also gave them free reign on how they would be incorporated. I needed contact forms and embedded videos, for example; how those would be displayed was Fyresite's choice. I approved things along the way.
How did you come to work with Fyresite?
I've known one of Fyresite's owners for a few years and had worked with him in the past.
How much have you invested with Fyresite?
Sorry, this is confidential.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our project has been completed since March 2016. I don't have an ongoing maintenance contract with Fyresite, even though they do provide those services for others. I'm proficient enough in WordPress to maintain the site myself.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
Anecdotally, I've heard compliments about our website from multiple people. Clients have told us that they selected our firm because of the professional image presented on the site. I haven't received any negative feedback for the work done by Fyresite.
The rate of return for our PPC advertising has increased due to the website being mobile-friendly. Our conversion rate has climbed, so there's been a noticeable uptick in business.
How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?
Fyresite performed well in terms of project management. I directed a lot of the work, so the focus was on Fyresite doing what I told them to. The fact that I have web development knowledge has helped and has put me in a different position to other clients. I'm certainly not an expert like Fyresite's team, so they've definitely explained what needed to happen in layman's terms.
What did you find most impressive about Fyresite?
Fyresite's designs have always been top-notch. I've used them for several websites, which turned out as some of the better-looking ones in their field. The graphics team from Fyresite is superb. They've designed logos for my firm, as well as for other businesses I've been involved in.
Fyresite has a mastery of WordPress, being able to accomplish things that I didn't think were possible.
Are there any areas Fyresite could improve?
Nothing comes to mind. I've used Fyresite on several occasions. If I did have a problem with them, I wouldn't keep coming back.
What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with Fyresite?
Any potential clients should have a clear idea in mind about what they want accomplished with a website. There's no substitute for doing your own work. Fyresite is good at taking ideas and parameters, bringing them to realization.

Fyresite was initially hired to redesign the website but ended up building a new one because the client felt that the old site was unusable. They also provided services for implementing analytics tracking.
The new website has drawn significant praise from users, who claim it should be the standard for academic institutions' websites. Fyresite demonstrated genuine interest in and a clear understanding of the project.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
The Space and Terrestrial Robotic Exploration (SpaceTREx) Laboratory at the Arizona State University is a research facility focused on developing technologies for extreme environment exploration.
I was the business development and media manager.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?
I was responsible for bringing vendors in and cutting deals with them for satellite CubeSat builds, as well as handling the media and public relations tasks. With this came building a new website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, Fyresite was brought in to revamp our site, but they ended up building a new one, given that the old page was unusable from our standpoint. Fyresite also worked on a website for another organization I was involved with, called PoliSpace, which is a small, government space policy firm in Washington D.C.
Fyresite was also responsible for analytics tracking and visualization for the different orbits that our science was involved in.
How did you come to work with Fyresite?
I researched companies in Arizona using Yelp. Fyresite was the first group that popped up. It turned out that they were very interested in space, so we got along well on that front. They also had a feel for the industry, which is very rare. The 2-3 other companies I looked up hadn't built any websites with any excitement to them. We ended up hiring Fyresite.
How much have you invested with Fyresite?
The development cost was $1,200 to $2,000 per site.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Fyresite in July 2015. I haven't worked with Fyresite since the second website they built was launched, but they're definitely my go-to firm. Fyresite was easy to work with and delivered exactly what I was looking for.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
Fyresite provided good speed and clarity of communication, even when we didn't know exactly what we wanted. They were able to pick up and implement our requests perfectly.
Multiple people have told me that the website Fyresite created should be the standard for academic institutions. It stood out as something that people might actually want to read through and access for information, as opposed to the HTML-only, standard websites that are out there.
How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?
Fyresite was quick but thorough. I've had to deal with some odd requests and nitpicky things from bosses. Fyresite was incredibly patient and understanding in these cases. They knew the process well and set the expectations for our projects.
What did you find most impressive about Fyresite?
I appreciated Fyresite's ability to communicate with the scientific community. Our whole experience with Fyresite was great, so it's hard to pick one thing.
Are there any areas where Fyresite could improve?
No. I'm picky when it comes to contractors, so I wouldn't have gone back to Fyresite if we had a bad experience.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a law firm representing injured and wrongly accused clients throughout the state of Arizona. I am a lawyer and the owner of the firm.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?
I needed to develop a custom website for my law firm. I had been working with a company that provided template-style websites to law firms in the US. The price point was inconsistent with the reach that our site could achieve. I wanted the ability to customize my website and add content on a daily basis, based on market requirements.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fyresite developed my mobile-friendly custom website. I was connected with individuals that could provide content in areas that I'm familiar with, with the help of Fyresite. This showed me that they were truly interested in the customer experience. In total, we've used Fyresite for 3 redesigns.
How did you come to work with Fyresite?
I considered other local web developers. I found Fyresite's principal to be accessible and willing to discuss my needs.
How much have you invested with Fyresite?
The average cost for a site rebuild with Fyresite was between $4,500 to $11,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Fyresite in 2011. We have an ongoing relationship for site maintenance and other services.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
The customer feedback for the website has been phenomenal. I have been getting more conversions through it, which has been important to me. I run a people business, so I need customers to see my prices and the services that I provide, then call me. I can contact Fyresite for any changes and have the work done. They are in tune with the customer's needs.
How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Fyresite a 9.5 in terms of project management.
What did you find most impressive about Fyresite?
I appreciated Fyresite's accessibility. As a potential customer, I needed to be able to sit down with the developer and exchange ideas before signing a contract or paying them money. I sat down with Fyresite's team and saw how they work, turning my ideas into action within a short period of time.
Are there any areas Fyresite could improve?
No.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your organization.
Arizona Fasteners Corp. is an umbrella for a number of companies: Arizona Fireplaces, AF Steel Fabrication, AF Distributors, Grand Canyon Gas Logs, and Modern Flames. Arizona Fireplaces is a local retail fireplace shop offering different brands of fireplaces and related services, like installation. AF Distributors is a distribution company focused on fireplaces and barbecues for the South-West. It offers drop shipments to online retailers across the country. AF Steel Fabrication is a local steel company which produces structural steel for buildings, custom homes, and anything else that would require such a structure.
Modern Flames is an electrical fireplace manufacturing company focused on the engineering and design of units which are built in our China factory. We ship our products all over the world.
Grand Canyon Gas Logs is a gas log manufacturing company with plants in Indiana and Northern Arizona. We sell our products all across the United States and Canada. Given the number of companies run by our corporation, it can get confusing. We operate through three buildings and are also building a fourth.
What is your position?
I run Grand Canyon Gas Logs and am in charge of marketing for all other companies.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What business challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?
We use their team for the marketing of all our companies.
SOLUTION
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.
Fyresite is a one-stop-shop for us in terms of SEO [search engine optimization], website design and development, and social media. We wanted to test them initially, so we allocated the Modern Flames marketing budget to Fyresite. The goal was to build brand recognition and have the company become a household name within the electric fireplace market. Their team has done a phenomenal job in the sense of building an entirely customized website for us and working out-of-scope in order to build it as well as possible. Fyresite also did a tremendous job with respect to our Google rankings.
Modern Flames is now ranked in the first page for "electric fireplaces," a term which encompasses the entire industry. We are ranked in the third position, and the two companies above us are Lowe's and Walmart.
The biggest project we've undertaken with Fyresite has been the custom website built for Modern Flames. The previous page had been around for four years. It was a bit old and outdated, so it needed to have something that would make it pop. Fyresite created video backgrounds within the website in order for users to see electric fireplaces burning in a room setting. They also made it a lot easier to navigate the website. Even without having the exact knowledge of what they were looking for, a customer could determine what fireplace was best for them, what its installation entailed, have access to manuals, and so on.
Quote requests, finding dealers, and a display section were some key elements needed for the site. Fyresite created user-friendly implementations of these.
How did you come to work with Fyresite?
We started working with them a year and a half ago, working on fliers and other material. The original collaboration didn't work out because we had a small budget and were unable to direct them as we required. They were very much willing to work within our constraints, but we didn't have the man-power or the time in order to guide them. We know our business better than anyone, so Fyresite needed our help.
We went to another company with which we were fairly happy, but we couldn't get everything that we needed out of the relationship. They were poor on communication and weren't what we were looking for. We decided to make a change and considered four other companies before settling on Fyresite once more. They key determinant for going to them was the fact that they are local and have a very diverse team which can do graphic design, web development, and SEO. They are also very technical in an app development sense. We wanted to create a user-interface app for the Modern Flames website down the road.
Their communication was fantastic. They constantly email us, and we have weekly conversations. This, and the type of staff that they employ, were the two main reasons for selecting Fyresite.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
The annual cost of their services is between $50,000-200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together for our second collaboration in July of 2015. The Modern Flames site was launched in September. We're constantly adding more tasks for Fyresite, and we're increasing our budget. They are creating more material for us on Facebook and YouTube for the Modern Flames company. We've also turned over website updates and edits to their team.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
We've seen an excellent increase in traffic to the website that Fyresite built for us. From the previous year, it has risen by at least 20%. We have an online chatroom which used to receive three or four conversations per day. We're currently seeing three to four chats at a time. People are always on the website, asking questions.
We used to be on the third Google page for the term "electric fireplaces." We're currently on page one, beneath only Lowe's and Walmart. Fyresite has increased our Facebook likes through a small campaign, and they've also expanded our YouTube views. We have a few videos with more than 30,000 views.
We've seen some great results and are overall happy with their efforts.
How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?
They were on-time consistently. We used a project management tool with which we could communicate and track backend issues. Fyresite was very prompt in answering our queries and getting tasks done. Their communication and work ethic are top-notch.
What distinguishes Fyresite from other providers?
They have both a great graphic design team and a good technical one. Fyresite was able to manipulate our WordPress website, basically transforming it into a custom one. They're back-end technically-inclined and also keep up with the latest trends in terms of frontend elements. They know how to get customers and are technologically advanced.
Is there anything Fyresite could have improved or done differently?
Things could have been done differently on our end in terms of allocating more time and budget to our various companies. Fyresite has done a great job in terms of working with the budget lined up for them.

Fyresite developed a dual-platform mobile app that facilitated the Wi-Fi automation of barbeque grills. They provided technical support and all services for the company's website.
The integrated Wi-Fi capability has brought attention to the client's product, and the app had four-star ratings in both the Apple and Google markets. Fyresite was invested in the project and proactive in improvement suggestions and feedback.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your organization.
We are a barbecue grill manufacturing company. Our grills have computer-run feeding systems, fans, and thermal centers.
What is your position?
I am the Director of Sales.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What business challenge were you trying to address with Fyresite?
At the time, we could run our grills off of Wi-Fi. We wanted to create an app which could operate the grill and feature profiles, enabling the user to monitor a longer cook from afar and have programming capabilities. We approached Fyresite and inquired about what could and couldn't be done.
Our scope of work was building an app that could provide the same level of automation found in spas and other systems, but for a grill.
SOLUTION
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.
The first step was choosing the Wi-Fi chip which would be used on the hardware side. We then developed the Android and iOS platforms for our product.
We needed technical support capabilities, for which Fyresite also helped us, before hiring our internal staff. They brought our product to market alongside our company, even going through the negative ratings for the product and determining why people were unhappy.
All our work for the company website has since been switched to Fyresite as well, extending our scope.
How did you come to work with Fyresite?
We approached three or four developers in the beginning. The goal was to find someone that would be willing to put in the extra time, instead of punching-out at five o'clock. I needed a company that would deliver results and that I could trust. I wanted to be able to contact them at any time of day or night and receive an answer. Before even choosing a company, I will look at their response style and general dedication. Passion is important when choosing a working partner; they should offer their own ideas instead of simply doing what I tell them to. I had this feeling about Fyresite, and it has proven to be right.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
This is confidential.
What is the status of this engagement?
We first approached them in 2013. We're still working together. Fyresite is in charge of our servers and they handle any redundancy issues. We're also working on a few tweaks for the apps.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
The idea of Wi-Fi connectivity has brought some attention to our sector. We've seen some growth in the company since starting the project.
We've had four-star ratings on both the Apple store and Google Play. Overall, Fyresite has done a good job.
How did Fyresite perform from a project management standpoint?
I'm very detail-oriented, so I've pushed them harder than normal in order to deliver results quicker. They don't usually come to me with scopes, but rather I will tell Fyresite that I need something done by a certain date. They've always delivered for me and hit every mark that I asked for, so I have no complaints.
What distinguishes Fyresite from other providers?
Fyresite has brought their entire team into anything that they've undertaken. They have a lot of passionate people who put in their two cents no matter what. They're not just yes-men; they want the product that they're working on to be the best out there. They ask the right questions and give advice and recommendations on things that I'd never thought of. For example, they suggested trying Facebook ads for my product, which led to more sales. They also gave me feedback in terms of design.
Is there anything Fyresite could have improved or done differently?
No. I don't have any criticisms for them.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The scope of work Fyresite handled for us was extensive and multi-layered. Initially, they conducted discovery sessions to fully understand our compliance requirements, client personas, and backend operations. From there, they moved into information architecture and prototyping. One of the main deliverables was a secure client dashboard that allowed users to review their investment positions, receive real-time updates, and view custom reports. Fyresite also built a seamless onboarding flow for new investors, which included KYC compliance steps, risk profiling, and digital signing integration.
Another significant component was the administrative backend they designed specifically for our in-house analysts and advisors. This included the ability to monitor transactions, update product details, manage user permissions, and pull aggregate data reports. To make sure data could be updated in real-time, Fyresite developed custom API integrations with our internal CRM and third-party market data providers. The final product was more than an e-commerce solution it became an operational tool for both our clients and our internal staff.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
One of the first signs of success came from our internal advisors. Within weeks of launch, they were reporting smoother client interactions and fewer manual touchpoints, particularly during onboarding and account updates. Clients, on the other hand, immediately commented on how intuitive and professional the platform felt compared to our older, fragmented systems. We noticed an uptick in usage of the self-service tools, and our support tickets for basic account inquiries dropped substantially. While we didn’t go into the project expecting immediate ROI, the platform quickly proved itself by streamlining several operational processes that previously required human intervention. More importantly, it gave us a solid foundation to expand our digital offerings, including more interactive investment products and client communications.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Fyresite ran a very structured and transparent project management process. From the beginning, they outlined clear phases, sprint cycles, and milestones. Weekly check-ins kept us aligned, and they used collaborative tools where both teams could track tasks and leave real-time feedback. I remember a particular sprint where we had a last-minute regulatory change that required adjustments to our client risk assessment form. I fully expected this to push timelines, but Fyresite’s team adjusted course without delay, revised the design, and delivered a compliant update in the same sprint. They maintained open communication throughout the entire project. If something was unclear or needed revision, we didn’t have to chase them they were proactive, thoughtful, and fully committed to getting it right.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stood out most was how Fyresite was able to balance creativity with regulatory discipline. We’ve worked with agencies in the past that either leaned too much into design and ignored compliance or focused only on backend development and left the user experience dry and generic. Fyresite walked the line between the two with surprising finesse. Their designs were elegant and user-focused, yet every decision was justified from a technical or regulatory standpoint. It also impressed us how well they learned the language of our industry. By the midpoint of the project, their developers and designers could discuss financial flows, risk thresholds, and compliance logic with the same fluency as our internal analysts. That level of understanding was not only unexpected but incredibly valuable.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently?
There was only one minor area where we felt a bit of friction during the transition phase when the project moved from active development to internal onboarding. While they provided documentation, it initially wasn’t as tailored to our technical team as we’d hoped. Some of the deployment instructions assumed familiarity with their framework, and we had to request follow-up sessions to clarify certain backend functions and integration points. To their credit, Fyresite responded quickly and offered hands-on walkthroughs to resolve those gaps. It didn’t delay anything significantly, but we’d suggest that for future clients in complex industries, a more customized handoff package would smooth the final stage of delivery.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Fyresite took the time to fully understand the nuances of our request. The scope of work wasn’t just about design and development. It began with deep discovery sessions listening to our internal stakeholders, reviewing investor feedback, and mapping out existing friction points in our digital processes.
From there, they delivered a comprehensive design system tailored for financial users fonts, colors, and layouts that intuitively guide rather than overwhelm. The development phase brought in critical integrations with internal data systems, secure login mechanisms, personalized dashboards for investors, and a fluid experience across devices.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The impact was visible almost immediately after internal testing. The new platform significantly simplified the investment process for our clients. Instead of navigating between multiple portals and pages, investors were able to review, evaluate, and manage products from one centralized platform.
We noticed a strong uptick in usage across age demographics, especially among first-time investors. The clean UI and responsive design translated into longer user sessions and fewer support inquiries a win not just for our team but for the investors themselves.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Fyresite’s project management style was equal parts structured and human. They maintained tight sprints, shared progress updates clearly, and were extremely responsive to change requests—even the ones that came in late in the process. During a week when we experienced delays internally due to compliance approvals, they adapted without a single misstep, reworking timelines and maintaining momentum. That level of flexibility was not only impressive it was vital.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What truly stands out is their ability to balance technical complexity with user empathy. In financial services, it’s easy to over-design or over-explain, but Fyresite struck the right tone. They made the complex feel effortless, which is no small feat.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently?
If there’s any area they could enhance, it would be perhaps offering more proactive insights into ongoing trends in fintech UX. While they executed our vision exceptionally, I believe their perspective could help push clients even further toward innovation if built into the process more formally.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Fyresite approached our project with the depth and care we had hoped for. They didn’t just ask for technical specs they immersed themselves in understanding how our business works and how our customers interact with our products. From there, they architected a custom e-commerce solution from the ground up.
The scope included redesigning our entire online experience, creating a product display system that supported dozens of variants, and implementing a wholesale portal where approved retailers could log in, access tiered pricing, and place bulk orders. They developed a custom-built inventory sync tool to ensure stock levels were accurate in real-time, integrated payment systems for domestic and international clients, and built a content management system that allowed our internal team to update collections, trade show features, and featured games with ease.
One feature that stood out was a request builder that let retailers design their own exclusive sets. This gave us a streamlined method for processing custom product inquiries something that used to be handled entirely via email and spreadsheets.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within weeks of launching the new platform, we began seeing significant improvements across customer experience and internal operations. Many of our trade clients who had previously preferred calling in their orders were now using the site’s wholesale portal to place reorders themselves. This reduced the load on our sales support staff and freed up time for them to focus on relationship building and strategic accounts.
One key success was how well the inventory sync reduced manual fulfillment errors. Our fulfillment team reported a noticeable drop in backorder issues and miscommunications. And on the front end, we began receiving compliments directly from customers, including one vendor who said, It finally feels like I’m ordering from a premium game company online.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Fyresite’s project management style was refreshingly organized without being overly rigid. They established a communication rhythm that worked for our team a weekly update call, supplemented by real-time messages through our shared channel. From day one, they were clear about expectations, milestones, and handoffs.
They consistently delivered on time, and even when we requested last-minute changes to the B2B login flow, they managed to work it into the timeline without pushing other deliverables back. Their responsiveness stood out. Whenever we had questions be it technical or strategic they replied quickly and explained things in a way that was easy for our team to understand, even those who weren’t technical.

What impressed us most about Fyresite was their ability to connect the dots between technical functionality and brand expression. They didn’t just build a store; they built a platform that felt like an extension of who we are. They took our catalog of games and made them come alive digitally. Their team had a strong sense of design but also knew how to make that design work for manufacturing logistics, pricing complexities, and customer-specific product structures.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Fyresite approached the project methodically. They began with a discovery phase, during which they interviewed different members of our team from design leads to operations managers to understand both the technical and business layers of our requirements. What followed was a full redesign and redevelopment of our e-commerce experience. They delivered a completely custom platform, built with a headless CMS and a modern frontend that offered users a seamless interaction regardless of device. This included a mobile-first approach, where the mobile experience was built with as much consideration and care as the desktop version.
The system integrated directly with our CRM, allowing us to capture and segment leads automatically. It also featured a pricing configurator that adjusted services and prices based on region, contract length, and customer type. Another standout feature was a client onboarding flow that guided new users through service selection, reducing confusion and ensuring every lead came in with the correct specifications. Behind the scenes, they developed a tailored admin dashboard that gave our internal team real-time access to analytics, customer activity, and sales data.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Post-launch, we saw an immediate improvement in operational efficiency. Our team no longer had to manually respond to inquiries or spend time formatting service details, since clients were able to build and submit their own packages through the platform. We also noticed that the quality of leads improved, as clients arrived already informed and clear about what they needed. Internally, the integration with our systems significantly reduced time spent on administrative tasks. Externally, we received direct feedback from new clients noting that the professionalism and clarity of our platform influenced their decision to move forward with us. The new setup also gave our sales and design teams access to better data, which helped us refine our offerings and tailor our approach in different markets.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Their project management process was seamless. We were assigned a dedicated point of contact who kept the communication consistent through weekly video calls and real-time channels like Slack. Updates were always delivered as promised, and often ahead of schedule. They were also very flexible; for instance, when one of our markets introduced a new compliance requirement, they adapted quickly and implemented the necessary changes without delay. Their responsiveness was excellent. Whether we were raising a question, identifying a bug, or asking for a feature clarification, we always received thoughtful and timely responses that made us feel prioritized throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Fyresite impressed us by going beyond the scope of what we asked for. They didn’t just build what we requested they challenged us to think differently and introduced creative solutions we hadn’t considered. One example was the guided onboarding wizard, which now serves as a major touchpoint for new clients. They also had a rare balance between technical execution and business understanding. Their team truly behaved like an extension of ours, always thinking a few steps ahead to make sure what they were building made sense for our goals and our clients. They were invested, not just contracted, which made the entire collaboration feel like a partnership rather than a transaction.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Fyresite could have done differently?
If there’s one area where we’d have liked a bit more, it would be in the technical documentation post-delivery. While the system worked perfectly and they provided training sessions, the backend documentation could have been more detailed for our internal dev team, especially for the more advanced custom logic. That said, whenever we reached out to Fyresite for clarifications even weeks after launch they were quick to respond and always ready to provide support. So while documentation could be improved, their availability and willingness to assist more than made up for it.
