They were recommended to me by a colleague. I spoke with them based on this recommendation and decided to use them for the project.

We worked together from August–September 2020.

I was extremely pleased with their work. Cory did a fantastic job of keeping me up to speed on their progress. He also made sure I knew how to update the site on my own.

They were very good. Their team responded quickly to any of my requests for changes and new features for the site. They were always open to my suggestions and would explain in detail how they would bring my ideas into reality.

They were informative and helpful throughout the process.

I can’t think of anything. I had a good experience all around. They answered all my questions and followed up after the project ended to make sure the site was still working properly.

Give them as much information as possible in your initial meetings. They’re great at accommodating changes, but providing them with as much as you can from the start will make everything easier.

Owner Project Manager Programmer. We met approximately every 2 to 3 months for a project update.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our project was highly complex. FBM set an original timeline for completion and was focused on making sure the project was finished to satisfaction. The timeline of the project was aggressive and they were able to deliver the final database within a very reasonable time frame.

Good collaborative communication involving the owner, myself and key programmer. We communicated electronically using google docs and spreadsheets during the project. They responded immediately to requests and edits from my team.

Their flexibility, positive attitude, and honesty were impressive. They know their strengths.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope! Very happy with FBM!

I’m just going to remark on how professional this whole outfit is. People that answer phones are worth almost any dollar amount. I didn’t have time to mess with Go Daddy and get bilked while being out on the back burner. FBM is in the trenches with its customers.

Since I am not really in the field, I don’t think I’m much of an authority to expound. I will say the timelines were all met, with no deviations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Again, FBM is in the trenches with their clients. It is obvious they are just as meticulous with their clients success as they are their own. This company is going to continue growing. They grow because they do solid, dependable work and don’t make their clientele feel like another paycheck or another number.

Not at this time.

Thus far we have met all KPI’s established by our company for the website and follow on SEO project in San Antonio.

Extremely, efficient. Every team within Funnel Boost Media had a lead who would communicate with myself.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

One of the factors we took into consideration was that Funnel Boost Media was Veteran led. I believe that this translates through their organization. Everything is extremely organized, and they seem to have an established internal infrastructure that takes influence from the military.

After the initial meeting, I many conversations with the Team as they worked on achieving my vision of the website. I would like to note here: that the Funnel Boost Media Team did an excellent job of listening to my ideas and concepts!

We have just launched the site, but I will provide feedback after some time.

Cory and his Team were able to take my vision and concepts and replicate it exactly as I saw in in my mind. They also took many of my ideas and improved the message for the web site. Phenomenal!

No, I'm very happy and pleased with the outcome.

I’m so impressed with how quickly they were able to transfer my site to Wordpress and how it looks so similar!! It would have taken me years to do what Cory and his team did.

They were quick to respond, friendly, and were honest with the pricing and what they felt was best for our business. I was nervous reaching out because I wasn’t for sure what I all needed and hadn’t worked with a website developer or marketing firm before, but immediately felt at ease and knew I was in great hands.

I’m very pleased with the website and the services they provide. 

How did Funnel Boost Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate through email, but they’re available through phone calls. They always take my calls whenever I need them. Mainly, it’s easier for us to communicate through email, though. 

I’ve never had a problem in terms of meeting deadlines or scheduling with them. They were at every meeting and appointment. They use Salesforce to manage the project. Their team always does what they say they’ll do, so I’ve never had a problem with them — I’m very satisfied with that. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The easiness of the whole process and their availability are great aspects of working with them. They work seven days a week so I can communicate with them on the weekend — they’re always available. I’m very happy with their service and continue to use them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any criticism.

I’d definitely refer them to anyone — I’m very happy with their service.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our Google Analytics significantly improved across all locations. Month by month, the numbers continued to gradually improve, which led to more Google reviews and more patients that were able to find us online. Active users for the calendar year increased by 47.2% on our main homepage compared to the previous year, before we began working with Funnel Boost Media. We also saw a similar improvement in leads.

They consistently delivered on time. We communicated through virtual meetings.

Instead of coasting as the numbers started to improve, Funnel Boost Media found creative ways to continue adding value. For example, they made more content changes and suggestions, like blog posting, to organically improve search.

We asked Funnel Boost Media to help migrate content from an existing, outdated Wordpress website to a new Wordpress site custom built using Elementor. In addition, we wanted to explore SEO services to see if we could attract buyers across the U.S. via organic search. More specifically, we needed an updated website to help our sales team sell our services and a new mobile app launched a few months earlier.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our initial contact with sales was with Noah, and he was fast with following up and answering our questions, so we were sure of our choice to go with Funnel Boost Media. Once on board with the project, the design for our website was finished ahead of schedule because of clear, consistent and fast communication and response between us and Funnel Boost Media. Our project manager Manuel was super friendly and professional. He answered our questions and explained things in more detail when needed. He never made us feel like our questions were silly. If Manuel would be out of the office, he made sure we were in good hands with another project manager, Tallon, who is also very friendly, professional, and fast to follow up with us. Great team!
