I'm the VP of marketing of Liquid Rubber, a manufacturing company. We manufacture waterproof coatings and sell them worldwide through distribution, retail, and e-commerce.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fuel Made?

We wanted to update our Shopify website on an ongoing basis to improve our customer experience.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fuel Made provides us with an ongoing retainer service where they handle any development changes and CRO testing. The team can do anything we need or they feel is important.

What is the team composition?

We work with three teammates from Fuel Made.

How did you come to work with Fuel Made?

They were recommended through a networking group. The referral made us the most confident.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them a couple of years ago, and our engagement is ongoing.

Fuel Made has improved our site's speed and conversion rates. It's a continual process.

We needed help building out our email flows and growing our email sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fuel Made has taken our old email lists and campaigns and presented a long-term email growth strategy to improve our overall sales, conversions, and lists. The team has built out flows since we didn’t have any, which is the biggest improvement. Fuel Made also manages the build and execution of our weekly campaigns.

We found Fuel Made through an online search and chose them because of their email expertise.

We needed to find a partner that could quickly help us create and share messaging with our customers. Lisa, Morgan, and the team at Klaviyo quickly integrated into our workflow and helped us build out best-in-class email campaigns.

Increased positive metrics across the board, with revenue moving the needle significantly. No increase in negative metrics. Truly an incredible win.

I operate a lean team and unfortunately, we weren't able to move as quickly as FuelMade in many areas. We never experienced any issues: Workflow was always communicated directly, deadlines were clear and reasonable, and any questions we had were actively and appropriately escalated and responded to.

Their ability to consistently deliver results, and to consistently stay on top of deadlines (even when it meant chasing me down). Hire them if you want best-in-class emails.
