Being a team of one, I needed additional support with SEO to maintain our website and keep on top of optimisation. I wanted a partner to be able to go to, to support with keyword research for new services, and to help optimise our content. I also needed additional support with our Google Ads account and get advice on account management.

FPA had a really personable approach. I liked their transparency, they provided us with a walk-through video for SEO initially, and it was really helpful, and intrigued me. I felt they really understood our pain points.

Our initial engagement began with a thorough discovery phase. They really got to know our business and services and asked lots of questions which was positive. From there, they laid out a monthly plan, as well as a longer term loose plan which has helped in understanding next steps and what we're focusing on. I have almost weekly, if not fortinightly calls with the team and it keeps me up to date. Their monthly reports for SEO are comprehensive and are always followed up with a call to discuss more in depth and answer any questions I may have.

Since working with the team at FPA, we have already seen a huge improvement in our SEO, and overall traffic, and we've had more organic leads as a result. Each month, the report shows positive results. Our overall website traffic last month was the highest it's ever been. We've had more organic leads for one of our services that we've been trying to build on since working with FPA.

The team is quick to respond, and always on hand if I have any questions. All team members I've had conversations with have been friendly, personable, and professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge is impressive — they always have the answer to any of my questions. If not, they would go away, look into it, and come back to me. I feel the support they've also given me for PPC has been really valuable. Even just watching on screen as they move around the ads account or analytics has been helpful in my understanding of the platform.

Initial consultations led to a project plan covering all the necessary strands of work including SEO of website, set up and tracking of goals, generation of monthly SEO report with recommendations.

In addition to this FrontPage also applied for and successfully were awarded $10,000 per month in google ad grants due to the fact that we are owned by a charity. This enabled us to set up, optimise and manage Google Ads campaigns (PPC) driving relevant traffic to the website and portal.

They were also instrumental in assisting with tracking users e.g. from mail shots, Pardot forms, blog articles etc.

Site ranking improved and we saw a significant increase in traffic from a number of sources including PPC. Better tracking of users and events and a great monthly SEO report with actions and recommendations.

Our most significant work is for a client with 6 brands. With Front Page we've split tested multiple campaigns for each brand. Each campaign has involved landing pages, carefully constructed lead magnets and extensive tracking to enable measurement and continual refinement of each campaign.

I asked them to come up with a series of blogs for me on various different subjects for my website. I wanted to post those blogs to my LinkedIn in efforts to drive activity to my website and increase interest in my business.

The project was primarily content creation, it was purely blog writing.

I’m part of a business networking group and met Chris through it. I remembered that Chris discussed their work at one of the events. He mentioned that they have a journalist who writes the content. That was the unique selling point for me. Not only that, but they were also cost-effective.

The project was from May–August 2020.

They did a fantastic job. I’m happy with what they did. I’ve tried to do my own blog writing historically so I know the pain points. All of my concerns went out the window because of Front Page Advantage’s vast experience. The subjects and quality of the content were absolutely superb. They took away the headache of the job.

How did Front Page Advantage perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was great. Ian and I spoke a couple of times a week. We’d talk about the details of the blog posts. After drafting the blog, I’d check and proofread it, confirming everything was good to go. I built a good rapport and relationship with him. Front Page Advantage managed my expectations superbly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was happy with the time management of the whole project. They accommodated my request to delay a couple of topics. It didn’t affect the completion of the whole project. They were flexible in working around my own time scales.

No, I can’t fault them at all.

Have a chat with them. They provide free consultations. Chris has a vast knowledge of his own business. I’m going to work with them in the future as a result of how happy I am with the blogs.
