There are not enough wonderful things I can say about this amazing group of people.  By accepting my application, they have taken the dream of my new business and brand to a whole new level that I would never have been able to imagine on my own. They are all very pleasant and courteous to work with.  Not to mention extremely knowledgeable and willing to help, which is especially appreciated to someone who is not tech savvy in the slightest. The video's and step by step instructions are very easy to follow.  I would recommend The Free Website Guys to anyone.  I know I plan on using their services in the future, should I ever need them. I found Free Website Guys through someone who recommended them to me via LinkedIn. At first, I thought that it couldn't be real since making a website is usually quite an expensive process. However, as I was just starting my own company, I really needed a website and decided to proceed with it. I am very happy that I did so, as I had a fantastic experience with them! They built me a brand new professional website, and besides that, they always kept me up to date, completed everything quickly, and the communication with their staff was very pleasant and positive! I am very grateful for that opportunity and would definitely recommend Free Website Guys to everyone.

The project was completed in April. I was always kept up to date with everything and I was also explained the procedures they were working on. The process was very smooth and the communication from their side was also excellent!

The Free Website Guys assisted me in getting a web domain set up, and then walked me through the process of picking a theme for my website. Afterwards, they did all the work of loading that theme into website, and then gave me a detailed explanation of how to let them know how I wanted to customize the build and layout of the website. 
When all that was done, they then provided me another detailed explanation of to edit and customize the website to my liking. The communication was very clear and consistent.

There were a number of different steps that Sven laid out, that gave a pretty clear depiction of the progress that would be made with the completion of each step.

During each step of the project, I was consistently debriefed and updated on what exactly was taking place and what the timeframe for completion would be. If I had any questions, Sven would respond in a very timely manner with clear instruction or explanations.

What I found most impressive was the level of care and detail these guys put into their work. Although this particular service is free, they give you the same amount of customer service, professionalism, and care as they would for a paid service. When people see "free" in anything, they assume that it's low quality or the service will be below average. I'm a scrappy CEO with a brand new LLC and I try to save wherever possible to provide funding to grow my business. That being said, I cannot begin to describe how incredible the team at TheFreeWebsiteGuys.com has been. I'm not the best with computers or websites so I typically require a lot of hand-holding. 
Sven and his team were very supportive and took the time required to explain each step of the process. There was ZERO pressure to purchase any upgrades or additional products in website design. The emails were housed in one thread to provide a simple and quick reference in case of delayed communication and we remained on the same page throughout. The follow-up emails included videos and tutorials that clearly defined my role and all the work being done behind the scenes. 
Everything was 100% professional and the team over-delivered. Do not discount their service because of the word "Free". I'll be doing business with them again in the future and recommending them to my peers within the industry. Thank you, Sven and team!!
