I am the owner of SewerTV Plumbing and we provide trenchless plumbing solutions including pipe lining, pipe bursting, sewer video inspection, hydro jetting, and other non-intrusive plumbing solutions for residential and commercial properties.

We hired Flying V Group to handle our website re-design, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertising services.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for the project were to give our business a facelift in terms of our appearance online. We also wanted to be more visible online and improve our search engine rankings to increase our website traffic. With the PPC campaign, we needed to increase the # of monthly leads that we were generating via our website.

We were referred to Flying V Group by a member of the Google Local Services team. When we interviewed Flying V Group for the job we were without reservation that they were the best digital marketing company for our company.

For the project, we needed a complete website re-design that included creation of service based pages and all location based pages for the areas we serviced. We also turned over all SEO activities to Flying V Group, which included link building, local directory submissions and all other activities to build our search traffic. Flying V Group was also responsible for all PPC activities. This included creation of ads and ad groups, optimization of the campaign, landing page composition, and more.

What was the team composition?

The team was comprised of Robb, Tyler, and Brennan, who are all partners of the company. We also have constant communication with our project manager Joey and he is always available for us to ask questions and get updates on the status of our account and campaigns. The team at FVG always makes themselves available to us as best as possible.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Of course. The re-design of the website and SEO efforts completed by Flying V Group have generated 50% increases in traffic year over year. We now rank highly for several of our highly sought after keywords in multiple locations. For our PPC campaign, we instantly saw an increase in the # of leads coming in via form submissions or phone calls on a monthly basis. We are very happy with the influx of traffic and leads for our business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was seamless. They are a very responsive group and they get things done very quickly. Cell phone numbers were made available, Skype, email, and any other communication. The Flying V Group team encouraged us to reach out to them at any time for any reason.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their honesty and promptness. They get things done when they say they are going to get them done and you are never left hanging wondering what is going on with your account. Their track record speaks for itself, but I was really impressed with the genuine investment they made in my business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I know that Flying V Group is growing very quickly so I think some sort of automated reports and updates would be ideal instead of always relying on meetings, which are not always necessary and can be tough for us to get to since we have so many other things going on within our business.

We started with a series of scope meetings, detailing what our planned target market currently was, and how we planned to reach them. We also discussed scope of the website and how we would implement in multiple phases. The built and rebuild the website from our pre-order and then after into our current website. They ran and managed multiple ad campaigns that were bringing in 100s of followers per day.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with 3 people. I know there team was much bugger, but because we were a small company we did not need a lot.

They grew our sales from 0 to about 6k in the first two months in a brand new product category which was nice, but the campaign was more focused on engagement. We grew to 5000 followers on facebook in 2 months, and we had all processes set up to keep growing rapidly.

The workflow was very effective and done in a timely manner. We had a pre-order and a full launch where all objectives were met prior to both launch dates.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed in their flexibility. Since this is a new business, I have little time between running compliance, production, taxes, sales, distribution, etc; and they were incredibly flexible with changes in schedule and scope.

Not really. I've tried other companies and they pale in comparison to what we were getting from Flying V Group.

The project was to develop my website to the next level so that I would have landing pages and avenues to help the various types of clients that came in. Also, the lead generation on Google was key to bringing new clients in, in need of commercial RE services. Flying V Group has continued to refine and fine tune the targeting of these ads to a very impressive level.

From the vendor side I was constantly in talks with Robb the CEO of Flying V Group who helped me coordinate the whole campaign. In addition other members were added on due to their expertise.

After launch of the website and the Google SEO and ads, I began to see on a very small marketing budget approximately 10-15 strong leads per week come in. A significant increase from the organic traffic we were seeing before.

Workflow is seamless as Flying V Group is constantly in contact with me and able to be fluid on changing on a dime if needed. If we see a certain ad or method working, they are able to pivot to leverage more leads from that source.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Robb's knowledge and experience make him unmatched in the industry. The outside of the box thinking is critical, especially for my business which does not have a road map as it has never been tried before.

No. I can't wait to increase revenue so I can spend more ad dollars with them.
