Flux were very thorough, taking the time to really understand all aspects of our - our brand, services, client base, profile, reputation, culture, challenges and goals. Their proposal covered a rebrand, individual designs for all our services and two websites

The last two years (even during a pandemic!) have seen huge growth for our business. I have no doubt that Flux's work played - and continues to play - a huge part in this. Feedback from both clients and prospects is very positive

We had several meetings to agree upon the scope of work, followed by a presentation of different options. Communication was regular and intensive because of the amount of work involved, always checking our feedback at every stage

They were good fun! But they completely understood and understand what we do and more importantly, how we do it. Challenges weren't an issue, no matter ho difficult they appreared. Their expertise has shone through and given us exactly the results we hoped for.

No! We were happy when we started working with them and are very happy now

I'm the CTO for Green Mesa Technologies, we're a emissions analytics firm, we use industrial operations data to help customers to understand their GHG emissions.

Our goals was to take our selfs from looking like a startup company to a brand that is ready to engage with large industrial players and differentiate our vision and voice.

How did you select Flux Creative?

We selected Flux based on their crreativitive personalities and price. We've have done bit-sized projects with them before, and they hit it out of the park!

They started with a 4 session discovery session about our narrative, customers, what are our existing messages. Following that they came back iteratively with what they understanding of what they heard about our mission, vision, and the message. Their team then took the confirmed messages away and started to craft our brand book.

The first draft was almost 90% there, with minor tweaks, the final deliverable consisted of new fonts, layout, and new messaging.

Our client presentations is far ahead because of the brand and messaging. We're still readying the revamp of our website to reflect the work.

They are very prompt and flexible. Definitely a firm that is creative, loud, and innovative. It was a natural fit. Our communication was mostly through email and zoom calls.

Their ability to understand our needs, no less on what we needed for when we needed it, was impressive.

Not from my interactions.

We hired Flux Creative for a number of projects, including the design of a brand for our business improvement programme.

I had previously worked with a director of the company in a previous role and was very impressed with their work.

We had a kick-off meeting with Flux to discuss our business improvement programme, how it was going to be managed within the business and why we felt a brand was required. We discussed a number of themes the brand could focus on and left it with Flux to come up with some ideas. Three concepts were provided and we discussed these in detail with Flux. Revisions were made as required and we landed on a final brand to share with leadership, which was then approved.

The project was very successful as we landed on an impactful brand that was well received within the business.

The creative concepts were very engaging and clearly a lot of work had gone into coming up with a compelling proposition.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Urbane Media had interacted with Flux Creative in the past and we always thought the team to be very knowledgeable and also creative. They had a good understanding of our business and brand and offered valuable solutions to us.

After we accepted Flux Creative's proposal to design and build our new website we spent a good amount of time with the team discussing who we are and what we do for our clients, as well as things we like and dislike. From there Flux Creative pitched to us how they saw our website looking and how it would function. They were spot on with what we wanted to achieve and from there they began the process of building the website until a test version was ready for us to view and try out.

Our main contact throughout the project was Flux's Design Director, however, we also interacted with their Creative Director at various stages throughout the project. It is good to have one main person to communicate with, but it is also good to know that our project received input from the whole Flux team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first week of our site going live, I received phone calls from our clients telling me that they loved the look of the new website. It has become a tool that we are now using as part of our business and because we are proud of it we give it far more attention that our old website received.

The workflow was very effective and very easy for us. After spending the initial time to allow Flux Creative to understand who we are and exactly what we do, it was a simple process of receiving updates from them, which we could provide feedback on and from there any amendments were made.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed with how much time Flux Creative took to get to know our business and through that process helped us to better understand our own brand more clearly. With that initial session it made every other stage of the project very smooth and what Flux delivered to us was exactly what we wanted.

I was very happy with the whole experience of working with Flux Creative. Even now that the project is complete they will take the time to explain anything that I don't fully understand and often check in with us to make sure everything is still working as it should.

I researched the web and Flux website was the most appealing. I was looking for lean, tailor-made service with team that can concentrate and adapt to my specific needs.

The process was divided into four stages with incrementally added value. It included number of conversations so Flux can better understand my needs. We were consulting every stage and sign off on each step until reaching the goal.

All very up to the point, clear, informative, exact. I was asked to fill out a brief which was well-designed and very informative. Then we had a face-face full day session in Scotland to extract more of the essential information and my idea to shape into the brand.

Their commitment as well as very individual, bespoke approach to my case. They were very open-minded, and they easily visualized the solution, the potential and the product itself, which also helped me structure and learn what I want/need.
