In the beginning, they were committed to delivery times, but with the passage of time and after delivering 50% of the requirements, the quality of their work began to decline, 4 project managers have been assigned and changed! All the remaining requirements have been neglected, and even they do not respond to requests for communication in a suspicious and unprofessional manner at all.

This has been the worst experience ever of my life!!. I wish I never dealt with Fluper. ! I signed a contract with Fluper, Akansha (BD) sold me the world, made me think I am in good hands, but I wasn’t. Akansha was always ready to send proposal for extra features and charge me more money but never answered when I had an enquiry. All payments were frontloaded, Fluper ask an advance payment then charge you the bigger amounts in the first milestones, IE: M1 2000usd, M2 1800usd, M3 1500 usd… etc. you will be paying 90% of the total by the middle of the project, you then realize even if you r not happy with them you wont be able to withdraw your project since you have paid most of the money in advance. Akansha said the project will take 3-4 months, as per the contract on the 17 of July 2021 the app should have been finalized and released, 9 months later and we were not even close s.

There were so many corrections to do and fixing features that don’t function. Palak was my project manager, pushed me so much to pay for unsuccessful milestone, assuring me features to be added to the next milestone until we reached M10 (final one) and realized I have been played and most of features don’t function. It was too late they had all my money. Fluper couldn’t finish my project. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent, they would share with you the product for review saying everything is done and when you test it, most of the features don’t function, after 2 weeks they pretend that they have fixed it only to check again and discover that they haven’t made any progress.

They have no skill of design or development, their coding is in such poor quality that my current developer took so much time to do code cleaning, their English is so poor my app and website were full of spelling mistakes. Communication was a nightmare. Fluper never update or get back to their client they leave you in a total stressful situation, the lies and the wait with no update will get the best of you, they do not care about the client at all the moment you have paid that 90% of the money.

They would disappear for days, all their management Akansha, Richa CEO, Ruchin CTO, would ignore your emails and enquiries and won’t answer any of your calls, messages. There are days where I lost my mind and was under a lot of stress cause they did not answer or update me. They do not care about the client their goal is to take your money and disappear. After months of delay and false promises, I have asked for the source code to take it to a local developer, I knew fluper had no intention to finish the project since they have been paid!

My company couldn’t start the business because of them, I lost trust after getting so many false timelines to finish my app. They always gave me different dates, made me wait months with no progress. The final product was never delivered, 5 months of delay and we were still at fixing features of first milestones. they refused to give me the source code until I paid the last bill for nothing, then they made the process so long and took a week to share it. In the contract it says if fluper cant deliver on time they will refund you, of course this never happened.

Fluper took 15000 usd from me ( total amount) for an unfinished poor quality product, they didn’t manage to fix so many feature, their work is sloppy ,bugs, could not implement the payment gateway due to their lack of development skills, kept giving false timelines, lied to me all the time, delayed my project by 5 months, . The management is useless, to me it was a scam and I was a victim, I lost so much money, and time,dealing with them.,.

I hired Fluper to develop a mobile app called Mabella. The app is for finding and booking salon and spa services in Jordan, so the app needs to be available in both English and Arabic. Users can use the app to see salons that are near them and look at their services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fluper was brought in to develop the app for iOS and Android from scratch.

What is the team dynamic?

I was in contact with Richa (COO, Fluper), a project manager, and another person.  

How did you come to work with Fluper?

I found them through Google. They had a lot of good reviews. However, when we started having problems with Fluper, I went back and looked at the reviews again. They had all good reviews except for one bad one, which was from a former staff member. I traveled to India to meet him, and he told me that they had a team for writing good reviews and feedback, with different fake names. All the reviews I saw on Glassdoor and other websites were fake and done from within the company.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost of my project with Fluper was $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in late January 2019, and we haven’t finished. The project was supposed to take 60 days, but it’s still not finished. They’re maybe 50% done. The design and code are very bad. I got remote access to the code and looked at it, and it’s copy and pasted from other apps.

Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.

Fluper’s strategy is to work in milestones. They try to take the customer’s money within the first 2–3 milestones. By the middle of the project, I’d paid more than 50%. They ask for more money for the delivery, and they force you to complete milestone payments without delivery. At the same time, the customer cannot then decide to go back, because they’ve paid more than 50%.

On the contract, they say that if the delivery is late, Fluper will return the entire amount, but this isn’t true. I tried to take my money back because they were late to deliver a milestone, but they refused to give me any refund. 

I went to New Delhi twice to meet two former Fluper staff members. They told me they’re a fake company. They try to take money on milestones, and all the code is copied and pasted. I’ve decided to complete the project with them; I can’t afford to take legal action against them, since Indian lawyers cost too much money, and it would take years.

The project isn’t finished as of now. They took the Android version live, but they didn’t know what was needed for the iOS version. There was a mistake, and Apple didn’t accept the application. I called iOS support, and they told me that the app had a registration issue. I gave this information to Fluper, and they fixed it after several days, but without Arabic. They copied and pasted the source code, so it wasn’t easy to add Arabic. 

How was project management handled?

The assigned project manager has very low skills, and customer service is bad. They don’t answer my calls or emails. I tried calling the Indian embassy in Jordan, but they couldn’t help me.

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

After they took my money, the customer service was very bad. They’re not good. They don’t answer us. I called their COO and told her I’d take legal action, and she said go ahead. She doesn’t care about anything; she only likes to take money. My entire budget went toward this app.

The Project Management provided by Fluper Limited was flawless as they were using Zoho to assign tasks to the team dedicated for our project and gives us the updates on the daily basis where can track the work progress and can list out the bugs. Every change that we asked for was done immediately.

They had a dedicated teams for Requirement Gathering, Idea Analysis, Designers, etc. So involvement of 10-12 people for my making my app successful is the most impressive fact i like.

Fluper’s marketing and promotion strategies were effective, resulting in over 1,000 active users within three months. After considering the growth that we’ve experienced, we can confidently say that they’ve met our goals and expectations. We’re very happy with the results of our partnership.

We used Bitbucket to track source code and ProofHub to view overall progress. The team was responsive at each stage and gave constant support to our team.
