Ferfar Design met all our expectations infact exceeeded in most of the cases and we did not encounter any areas needing improvement as such. Their comprehensive service and professional approach left little to be desired. Still an area of improvement that I can think of is that they decline additional work when short on resources instead of overcommitting and risking delays, which is beneficial as they prefer to under-commit and over-deliver rather than the opposite.
