FeelRight created an excellent video with high-quality images, sound, and a B-roll. They were open to editing until we were all happy with the final result. They were very respectful and mindful of treating our client as if it was their own and ensured we all appeared as one team. Patience, customer focus, correctness, and striving for excellence are the key words that come to my mind when describing our collaboration.

We were working with a 9 hour time difference and all deadlines were met in a timely manner. If needed we would jump on WhatsApp to ensure we responded to each others emails.

We were impressed with the high-quality footage and postproduction work they did in the colorgrading and sound department.

A better understanding of our product could have helped FeelRight understand what challenges they could have delved into in the interview process and filming. But expecting a videographer to have this is also a bit unrealistic. But that is my only suggestion for improvement.

Furthermore, our cost-per-thousand impressions (CPM) costs were notably lower than the industry average, even falling below Google's recommended bids. These metrics underscore the remarkable impact of Feel Right Inc.'s work in producing engaging, platform-specific videos. In summary, Feel Right Inc. created videos that not only met but surpassed our expectations, achieving outstanding results in terms of measurable outcomes.
