We have a large number of programs that we wanted to run ads for. Fantom took the time to do extensive keyword research and write exceptional ad copy for us. They also helped us to make sure we had all of the right settings in place throughout our tech stack to be able to track the success of our program. They are consistently making improvements to drive improved results and provide thoughtful solutions to our questions and problems.

Fantom has a very open communication style. We primarily communicate via Slack, which makes for faster communication versus email. We also conduct bi-weekly performance meetings to review results and any improvements/changes they've made.

Luis and his team make you feel like they truly care about the success of your business. They are quick with their work and are always willing to listen to your concerns, answer questions, and do whatever they can to make your program successful.

We found them through a FB group where a few people had recommended about Luis and his agency. But the main reason for selecting Fantom Agency was that they had already done promotion with another online design tool that had a similar software, offering, pricing, target audience etc., to our tool.

Their team consists of 5-6 members but we had a close correspondence with Luis only throughout our campaigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, the results weren't as we had hoped for. We worked on every recommendation given from their side but it didn't translate in to anything meaningful. We had a ROAS of 0.25 and more or less remained throughout the three months we were with them. The results could have been better but it didn't work out in the end.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was over Slack so it was smooth but one problem we did identify was that there wasn't much coherence with some of their team members. In some instances, work got delayed due to no proper communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They tried their best to test everything, but there were still no effects on campaigns and overall results.

Each time we got Fantom involved the results were unbelievable. Fantom is literally our go to place for running ads when we cant run them internally. Luis showed really depth in knowledge and understanding. He was able to pre-empt future challenges before they could even arise.

The workflow was perfect. Actually, Fantom is so optimized in their operational processes that we took some inspiration from their workflows and toolstack to perfect our own!

The depth of knowledge and how easy it is to work with Luis and team. It's actually a lot of fun, it's enjoyable, you get to learn a lot of stuff. With Fantom Agency, you literally have the impression that everything is possible.

Not really.. okay maybe one.. Because Fantom gets so much business (they are absoulte rockstars) sometimes it may happen that they get a bit slower in responsiveness. But Im not able to tell if it's us being too demanding given how Luis and team go systematically out of their way to over deliver. (they are so good that the only danger is that you may get spoilt over time and become too demanding..)
