Fannit is our SEO partner. They help us target customers with dirty windows through ongoing SEO and backend consulting efforts. They’ve written blog posts and finetuned parts of our website.

Fannit has shown us various methods to grow our business through a more proactive approach to SEO. We meet with them quarterly to discuss our analytics, and we’ve noticed an increase in the number and quality of leads. Our credibility has skyrocketed by 70–80%. 

It’s been a long process, but now that we’ve worked together for a while, it feels like a weight has been lifted off our shoulders. They care about our business and have been able to drive good-quality traffic to our website. Their methods have improved our SEO, so we don’t need to spend as much on advertising.

Working with Fannit has been easy. Ryan has a very respectful approach and can get into the nitty gritty details or just complete the tasks we ask for. 

Ryan is very proactive and on top of things. Since we’re a small business, we don’t have many emergencies, but they stepped in to help us reach people during the labor crisis. We use a project management tool that allows us to keep track of progress easily, but I’m not sure what it’s called.

I have a background in IT and understand the importance of SEO and advertisement, and I wanted to hire those services for my company.

Fannit has provided us with SEO services. They’ve optimized the website and built links to reputable sites to improve our ranking. The team has also helped us with Google Ads campaigns. However, since our services are high-dollar promotions, they’ve focused on organic SEO.

I worked with many teammates from Fannit; throughout the first two years, my main point of contact changed around 5–6 times. Then, Fannit assigned Chris (Marketing Strategist) to my project, and he stayed with us.

After my previous service provider passed away, one of my advertisers referred me to Fannit because they were local in my area.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I wasn't happy with them for the first two years of our engagement because I didn't feel like they understood my company. However, the game changed when Fannit brought Chris along. He had a background in medical spas and used to own one. After we started working with Chris, Fannit became a dream for me — I only regret that we didn't have him for longer. 

In terms of organic search results, Chris moved the needle more than any other teammate from Fannit, which was really important because it saved us money on Google Ads. They were on top of things and very knowledgeable. 

How did Fannit perform from a project management standpoint?

Chris provided monthly reports, which I appreciated because it allowed us to understand what was happening behind the scenes. We also had monthly meetings where Chris would explain things line by line. 

We usually communicated via email and had our monthly meetings over Zoom. Chris was really communicative. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fannit evolved, which was a good thing — teammates like Chris helped them do that. Chris understood our business because he used to own a medical spa, so he could put himself in that realm and then branch off. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Having teammates with knowledge of the clients' industries would be very positive. Although Fannit didn't always do things to my liking, they were growing at the time I stopped working with them.

After an audit of our website and organic ranking, Fannit put together a well-thought out strategy including high quality link building, keyword ranking, on-page optimization, and GMB optimization. Each month we received reports on our organic keywords and traffic as well as the domains we gained links from with the metrics of those domains.

We saw a significant increase in keyword ranking (almost tripled in volume) and resulted in more organic traffic and leads.

They used video reporting and a project management tool called TeamWork that allowed us to see all the deliverables they were working on, the progress, and kept reporting all in the same spot.

Since working with Fannit my website traffic has increased 100%. This has resulted in an increase in income and profits every year I have worked with Fannit.

Fannit is extremely easy to work with. Whenever I have a question or want to schedule an appointment to go over my account I receive an immediate response and will have that meeting withing a few business days depending on our schedules.

We hired Fannit to take care of our marketing, SEO, Google Business, Google Reviews, and Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fannit handles all of our websites, and they've recently completed a complete redesign for one of our locations. The team also manages all of the Google Business sites for all the locations and does all the updates. They also set up an online booking system for one of our practices. Their work is all related to web and marketing, tracking what’s working and what’s not, launching new products, and launching new programs.

Fannit also does a lot of keyword research, but we also provide insight on that. They’re also responsible for the content on our website and Google Business.

In the past, one of our locations had a GoDaddy-based website, which wasn't a great platform to have, especially when trying to work with Google's algorithms. Therefore, the team completely redeveloped the site from the ground up using WordPress.

There are two people from Fannit that I work with the most: Chris, who is our account manager, and Tyler, who has worked with us on the website redesign.

Chris was already here before me, so I’m not sure how they came to us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our most recent successful project has been the Google Reviews campaign. One of our practices went from 30–40 reviews to 105 reviews. Another practice started with 30 reviews and is now at 65. Additionally, the new website was crucial for this particular location, and now, everything is up, including Google Business, traffic, and visits to the site.

How did Fannit perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been fantastic. They perfectly align with our vision and are very innovative. Chris always gets the job done. He has a find-a-way attitude, which is great. They've been a great partner overall. They're professional, responsive, and available to help us with our needs.

We do a lot of things through shared documents like Excel and Google Docs. We had to log in to approve content for the website, but I can't remember what it was. We communicate through text, email, phone calls, and standing calls once a month.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Chris has been exceptional. He offers excellent customer service, attentiveness, and attention to detail. Moreover, he has incredible insights into his industry and offers excellent guidance. He has been remarkable overall, and I feel blessed to have him working alongside me for the past seven months. Moreover, the communication with Chris has been seamless. He provides regular updates and follow-up emails and always has excellent ideas. He truly stands out in his field.
