Excellent project management by the team and they use Basecamp for managing all project related tasks. That helps in giving a unified view of tasks and deadlines and accountability.

Well organized team which by using a centralized project management team is able to assign deadlines and accountability. Project communication has also been excellent. While SEO is an ongoing process the website is already ranking higher on some keywords.
