Our web was created in 2018, back then the goal was to build awareness of a product and use it as an additional marketing channel for company. Later on, we focused on making a product profitable. Evolvery really helped us with digital marketing strategy, tools, and consultations.

When I've joined a company, Evolvery was already working with us. As I know, ex-colleagues decided to select Evolvery, because it's one of the best-known and reliable digital marketing agencies in Lithuania.

Evolvery has helped to build digital marketing strategy, they were in charge of Google Ads campaigns, results tracking on Google Analytics, they have also consulted us for digital marketing-related topics. Measurable results were our focus area, therefore assistance with Google Analytics was crucial. Evolvery helped to set-up a lot of customized solutions on that platform. They also provided us with valuable insights and practical tips. We considered Google Ads as additional channel, because of origin of our specific product. It wasn't delivering results we wanted, but has helped to build brand awareness.

I worked with 4 PM's, at least 2 digital ads specialists, seo specialist, Google Analytics specialist.

We had weekly calls and constant communication via emails (it was our preffered communication tool)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In general, it's a company that I could recommend.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It really depends on Project Manager. For me crystal clear communication and fast reaction is the key for successful collaboration, especially when we talk about digital marketing, a very fast-paced field. I've worked with 4 PM's and they all had different management styles. Some of them (who left company) were really not responding for days or even weeks. I had the best experience with Gabriele, the last manager for our product. She was always helpful, positive, had can-do attitude. As a young professional, she seems reliable and has necessary knowledge.

Talking about frequent change of PM's, it was quite complicated for us, as not all of hand-overs were successful. That means it was taking time to explain to a new person what was happening. Also, high attrition rate of PM's is a bad signal for me, as a client,.

We are launching a new version of our website aimed at optimizing processes and driving conversions, shortening the customer's journey.

Evolvery has stood out in the market in several respects: a clearly stronger team competence, exceptional attention to our needs, and extremely fast communication.

We first discussed our needs in order to select a targeted mix of tasks. The Evolvery team completed all tasks faster than we expected, presented every part of the task in detail, and delved into the needs of our non-standard product and potential customers.

Conducted an in-depth technical audit, during the presentation of which not only told about the results, but also gave a great deal of insight into "how it works". In addition, they have provided us with lists of recommendations for the migration process that guides us through the transition to the new site.

I have been introduced with at least 5 team members dedicated to our tasks, SEO and UX specialists, account managers, but to my knowledge more colleagues worked on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As the project is still ongoing on our part, we do not have specific figures to define the results. But we’ve gotten some crucial insights that I believe will elevate our conversions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had live and online meetings with the team working on the project and individual presentations of the completed tasks after each task. The Evolvery team also advised us on post-project issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Evolvery had a highly competent team and an extremely wide range of services, so every digital marketing need is met in detail. The team also stood out for its extremely deep approach to our issues and the nature of our business. We have not yet encountered such an attentive team throughout our operations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We look forward to working on joint projects in the future, and we wish for this team to maintaine their unique approach to clients.

We are a cluster of Avon, and we are currently located in four countries. We offer local advertising services, and I am the digital lead for the company.

We hired them to provide digital advertising services for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have an online business and all the advertisements are mostly for the online shop. Every month we have a new brochure and all our campaigns are monthly based. Evolvery conducts monthly advertising and campaigns for our services. They also provide content marketing and product advertising.

I work with three people from the Evolvery team, including an account manager who serves as my main point of contact.

I'm not sure of the hiring process since when I came on board in the company, they were already working as the advertising agency.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about €80,000 (approximately $90,000 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the collaboration in October 2017, and it's still ongoing.

We’ve noticed an increase in traffic, and we continue to count orders and interactions from our advertisements.

How did Evolvery perform from a project management standpoint?

They are amazing, and they always deliver on time. Also, they consistently support us and provide feedback on everything. In terms of communication, we interact via email or through Google Docs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What’s been most impressive about Evolvery is that they offer a variety of advertising services. Also, they’re open-minded on using different techniques to attract customer attention.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’d like to see a lower cost per acquisition (CPA) rate. We’ve attracted customers who are a bit cheaper, but our costs are still going up.

Any advice for potential customers?

I recommend setting up training sessions with them as they are super good at what they do. This will be a good investment of money.
