With such a strong global presence, we needed a digital platform that would match our products in quality and personality.

On top of that, the team has helped us connect our Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts so that shopping feeds run smoothly across the site. They’ve also added a blog section for toys, trends, tips, and gift ideas.

Since we started working with them, our customers have been more engaged with our content, especially on the blog and the campaigns we created. Our distributors have also shared how much easier it is to navigate collections and find resources.

Moreover, running marketing campaigns has become simpler and more efficient, freeing us to focus on product development and customer experience. It’s now much easier for us to communicate with parents, and they can work on the website to get whatever they need.

They've been organized, responsive, and proactive about our communication. We’ve never had to wonder what the next step is because they’ve kept us in the loop at every step. Their project manager has been excellent. 

They gave us several ideas. They were the ones who even actually let us know that we need more things than what we've done, and made us stay in contact with them

We typically communicate with Irina via WhatsApp and phone calls. Meanwhile, the project manager and the SEO specialist communicate with us via email and meetings.
