Our website performance was negatively affecting our conversion rates and SEO scores. Enozom was hired to rebuild the 4 key pages representing the primary steps conversion funnel. In just a few months, with the help of the brilliant team, we were able to achieve 36% increase in organic traffic and 12% increase in lead generation YoY. The team helped with actively involved in continuous discovery and experimentation on persona-led conversion funnels, improving SEO, enabling referral programs, and delivering 11x faster search performance.

We met the team on a weekly basis for syncing and sharing updates. Enozom assigned a product owner who was our main point of contact. Every two-week sprint, we discuss priorities and dependencies between our teams.

The reason I continue to work with the Enozom team over the years is their strong sense of accountability. They're reliable, take real ownership of problems, and deliver results with genuine care.

Overall, Enozom's team has a strong sense of accountability. However, the team tends to underestimate the size or scope of problems, especially when requirements aren't fully defined. They tend to overpromise, but rarely under-deliver.

I’m the IT director at PassMeFast, a company that packages driving tuition in the UK. We sell packages where we allocate an instructor and book a test. Our services include evaluating how many hours a student will need. We want to digitize the market, which is a bit outdated.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enozom Software?

We hired them to build our website, web app, and mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enozom Software provides us with web and mobile app development. The first project they helped us with was our approved driving instructor portal. Initially, they evaluated our needs from the business and technical sides. We discussed this through several meetings with stakeholders and our head of development. 

Enozom Software has worked on AWS Lambda, Laravel, and PHP. Many technical aspects aren’t native to AWS but are prescribed by us. Enozom Software has explored options and run tests to see what works. We have some APIs and run microservice- and service-oriented architecture. Aside from Laravel, there aren’t any other components that we’ve paid for on the frontend. Therefore, Enozom Software has built the portal from scratch and heavily customized React elements on the frontend. 

The portal went live around February–March 2022, when we invited our instructors to use it. In the approved driving instructor portal, instructors can log in and see the jobs we offer, including the package we’ve sold students. From there, instructors can manage lessons and send reminders.

As we’ve continued to work with Enozom Software, the team has taken on some of the backend API development for us. They’ve also built a student portal. 

As for mobile app development, Enozom Software has provided consulting services. We want to amplify the apps and be in the App Store and Play Store. Therefore, we’ve tapped Enozom Software’s knowledge about licensing the product. We’ve had several meetings to determine how to build the app and asked about considerations. 

What is the team composition?

We started with a small team of four, including Eman (Senior Software Engineer), who initially took on the technical business analyst role. Then, we increased the team to five members. Since then, we’ve grown the team size and now work with nine teammates from Enozom Software.  

Depending on the time, we might have 8–9 teammates working on our projects. We have two team leaders, Eman and Sawsan (Senior Software Engineer). Sama (Mid-Senior Software Engineer) looks after the team when Eman is unavailable. Currently, we’re looking to increase the team to 13 members in 3–4 months. 

How did you come to work with Enozom Software?

I worked with them 9–10 years ago at a different company. Back then, I was set up to build internal teams for infrastructure, data, and development and hired a smart and good developer. 

The developer told me he used to work with Enozom Software and had trained with them. He referred me to Hazem (Founder & CEO) and recommended Enozom Software for getting developers quickly. For that project, we started with 2–3 developers and then increased the team size to 12 members who worked with .NET and React. 

From that experience, I knew Enozom Software was versatile regarding the tech stack. We worked together for three years before I moved on to different projects. When we had to develop our products from scratch in my current company, I went to Enozom Software first.

We pay them around £20,000 (approximately $25,000 USD) monthly, though this varies. So far, we’ve spent around £450,000 (approximately $573,000 USD) in total, including some overhead costs.

We started working with them in December 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Enozom Software is very good at understanding and learning from our business requirements. They’ve excelled at finding solutions and remembering the cases and scenarios they encounter. Although bugs always happen when building things from scratch, we’ve had very few critical bugs in regression testing thanks to Enozom Software’s solid work.

They’re also very good at asking questions and learning. Once they’re over a hurdle, they incorporate new practices and standards into their work. Since the second or third month of working on our complex project, we’ve seen constant improvement as they learn from the things they encounter. Overall, Enozom Software meets all our quality expectations. 

Moreover, Eman and Sawsan are very knowledgeable and impressive in understanding the requirements and thinking about technical complexities. Sama also has excellent engineering skills. 

How did Enozom Software perform from a project management standpoint?

We work with them through a body leasing model where we pay for the team’s time while we handle project management. Therefore, they stick to the requirements and timelines, but we don’t use their project management skills. 

Enozom Software is very good at flagging when they might be late with delivery and keeping us well-informed throughout the process. For example, our approved driving instructor portal went live on time. Although we had a two-week delay, it was due to issues on the business side. When we change a requirement in a way that causes a scope creep, they’ll let us know. 

Project management on our side involves biweekly sprints and sprint planning. However, we don’t strictly follow the Scrum methodology and have some Kanban-based runs. We also have an in-house project management tool based on the roadmap we use to track things. Our practices depend on a business perspective. Ultimately, speed isn’t the most important aspect to us; it’s their consistency, and Enozom Software is very consistent in their delivery. 

Since they’re not based in the UK, we’ve had a journey of understanding each other and our cultural differences. Over time, Enozom Software’s team has bought into our culture, and our communication with them has improved. Now, the team is very communicative. 

We use Microsoft Teams, where we’ve added Enozom Software to our internal team’s infrastructure. Additionally, we use Slack. The Enozom Software team has been flexible in adapting to the tools we want to use without any issues. We run a daily stand-up meeting to discuss what we’ve done, what needs to be done, and the issues and challenges we face. On our side, we run planning meetings and retrospectives. 

On the development side, Enozom Software’s teammates are open and ask questions during our meetings. When they’re working and have a question that isn't answered within 10–15 minutes, they change tasks at our instruction. We have internal product owners who give the team requirements. Overall, our communication is very good, and Enozom Software is extremely responsive when we flag issues, debugging quickly.

Additionally, Enozom Software does a great job from the HR management perspective. They transfer resources when there’s an absence or changes in the team. The team also provides appropriate heads up when there’s a holiday. In those cases, they offer the option to charge less and still deliver or to bring someone else into the project. 

Enozom Software has backup employees behind the scenes able to quickly drop into a project. For example, when one of our testers was on maternity leave, Ahmed (Software Engineer) came in and helped us — that transition was really good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Enozom Software is very open, willing to listen, and able to adjust to urgent requests. For example, they’ve attended to some requests during holiday periods. Moreover, the team always reacts well when we miss a critical issue, willing to help resolve it. Enozom Software is also flexible regarding the use of technology and is ready to offboard teammates and onboard a new team if we need to change tools. The changes we’ve made in the team have been seamless. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although there are things we’d like them to improve, they do exceptionally well with the information we’re giving them. Since they’re an offshore team, they can’t participate in business conversations, so they can’t have that context.

Additionally, Enozom Software could stay on top of some of the newer components of PHP. However, this isn’t a drawback or something we expect from them. We manage this from our side. Still, Hazem is working on certifying the Enozom Software team in AWS 5, which will be positive on the server level. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ensure you know your project’s goal. You should be able to explain your business objectives, the context, and the problematic areas of the project to Enozom Software. For example, we work with driving instructors who, as an audience, have nonstandard requirements regarding how they work with technology and mobile phones. Being able to communicate these needs to Enozom Software is important. 

In summary, you should give any remote team as much information as possible. From there, give them time to process that and come back with a solution to double-check that you’re on the same page. Enozom Software understands that process; if you follow this approach, the team can deliver really good results.

I’m a product manager at a SaaS company with a web app and a mobile app for companies to manage their leave and time off. We mainly serve small and medium-sized companies.

We wanted to build our SaaS product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enozom Software provides development for our SaaS product, which has web and mobile versions. Initially, we provided them with the business requirements, and they did most of the business analysis work. 

They started by building MVPs of the mobile app using Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS. After the app was released, we collected user feedback, and Enozom Software worked on adding new features based on that feedback. 

The team has also developed our web application using .NET for the backend and Angular for the frontend. Company managers, HR managers, and employees can use the mobile app, and the web app is only for managers. 

The platform is a leave-tracking app for companies, and its main features are the ability to set leave policies, office holidays, and everything revolving around time off. Each employee can log into the app and track their available time off and make a request to the admins, who can accept the request with different levels of approval. On the admin side, users can get an overview of the time off requests submitted by employees. Companies can also integrate other services they use into the platform.

Enozom Software updates the apps constantly. Currently, the team is adding new features to the web and mobile apps based on user feedback. 

What is the team composition?

The main team includes the product owner, two web developers, an Android developer, an iOS developer, a UI/UX designer, and a quality engineer. Aside from them, we can add more resources from Enozom Software or downgrade the team when needed. Therefore, the team composition depends on the tasks we need to complete. 

How did you come to work with Enozom Software?

We found them through an online search. After we contacted Enozom Software, we asked them for their portfolio and chose them based on that. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $200,000 with them so far. The monthly payments are based on the resources we use, so they change each month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around January 2018, and they finished the mobile app’s MVP around August 2018. Our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The MVP had about 15,000 users, and now, the platform has around 30,000–35,000 users, from companies with five employees to companies with 300–500 employees. Moreover, the Android app has a 4.8 rating with over 10,000 downloads on the Google Play Store, while the iOS version has a 4.2 rating on the App Store. 

Many similar tools are complex, and sometimes people are looking for a simple solution. Our focus is to make the product as simple as possible, and the Enozom Software team is on the same page. They’ve helped us make the app’s design easy to navigate and user-friendly. As a result, most users can start using the app without needing demos or help. We’ve only made around 300–400 demo meetings for people who need help, which is very few compared to the number of users we have.

How did Enozom Software perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Jira for project management and have daily meetings on Microsoft Teams. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Enozom Software’s biggest strength is their team’s quality and professionalism. I love their UI/UX design the most.

They could improve their resource allocation; it can take them some time to provide more resources when we need them. Other than that, they’re great.

We were able to run the software and depend on it, instead of using the manual process, we started by 1 department and we now rolling out to different department. Having the lab information system was a main requirements for our lab accreditation

I work for an engineer firm, consultancy, and service provider as a technical solutions engineer. I interact with both our software development team and our clients to get everyone on the same page to implement solutions that our clients need.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enozom Software?

We originally reached out to them for assistance in developing a data collection software. Moving forward, we’ve also worked with them to develop an application that will aid our data engineers in the field. Most recently, a third project has come up around asset management and tracking of RFID equipment.

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the very beginning, we discussed what we were looking for and laid out our software requirements. Enozom then took our information and created mockups and wireframes of the software for us to review. Once we were pleased, we began development.

The development is taking place in sprints. First, they developed the backbone of the software, which we pushed to a testing environment, making changes were necessary based on the results. We’re working through an iterative process at the moment.

We put RFID tags on our equipment and we also have scanners and handheld tablets, which allow us to move assets from one location to another.

We work with 8–12 people, including developers and testers. This includes Hazem (CEO), Sarah (Senior Software Engineer), and a junior software engineer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I can’t give you raw numbers, but they do very good work and are speedy, in addition to being thorough.

None of the software solutions we currently offer could have been created without them. They’re a huge part of our company now, and we enjoy working with them. In fact, one of the solutions that they developed for us has become standard use in our company. That specific tool has streamlined our whole data collection process.

The asset tracking product they most recently developed has allowed us to move away from our paper-based tracking and management system. Everything in that process is automated and based on the web.

How did Enozom Software perform from a project management standpoint?

I can reach them at any time of the day, and they always respond by the next morning. Depending on the size of the issue, sometimes they can fix it in the same day, but they’ll always getting something done that week we report it.

Their CEO has been very involved. He has good ideas around what needs to happen and always helps us get things done. Additionally, the way their whole company handles tasks is very efficient. I’ve been blown away by their work multiple times, and I’m fascinated with their combination of speed and quality.

For communication, we have weekly meetings on Microsoft Teams to go over software updates and review what needs to be done. In terms of project management, we maintain Kanban-style spreadsheets about tasks that need to be done, are in progress, and need to be done in the future.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very fond of them, and they do great work. Their timeliness, specifically, stands out, as well as their ability to deliver quickly in a clean and clear manner. If we’re in a time church pushed by our customers, they’ll be up into the night to help with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This isn’t an issue anymore, but the smaller size of their team limited the amount of work they could do for us at one point. They have a greater capacity now, so I don’t think there’s anything else they could improve.

We launched our service using a Shopify hosted website. That did great in terms of validating the need in the market. Then, we approached Enozom and Hazem, company's CEO, to discuss building a 3-sided marketplace by his team. The project consisted of 9 components across all platforms (android/ios/web) and across all of our users (Customers/Grocers/Couriers)

We found them through a Referral by our CTO who has previously worked with Enozom on other projects. During our initial meetings, Hazem and the team were very professional and courteous. They listened to our needs and they had a big portfolio of projects and experience that proved very valuable.

They designed and developed a 3-sided marketplace by building native apps across all platforms. We went through wireframes that were approved and they built the initial design. We have witnessed firsthand the good culture. Enozom Software's team is experienced, and they are capable of working under pressure. At the same time, they seek to have a good time in the process.

We would've liked the project to be delivered a little sooner. However, given the complexity of the project, and the nature of the scope of work and the flexibility offered to us by Enozom, we are appreciative of their efforts.

I'm a former software engineer for Diversity Travel, a traveling company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enozom Software?

We needed custom software development. We had all the reservations via telephone and email, which was not ideal. Since we were investing heavily in the academic sector, we needed a flight reservation system for our clients to allow them to log into the reservation system and search for flights. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enozom Software built a system that connects to all of the APIs of Diversity Travel’s suppliers. The goal was to create an online reservation system that could integrate with the global distribution system and aggregate all of the results so that the user could hold their flight, confirm their booking, select a seat, and change or cancel their reservation.

Regarding technologies, Enozom Software built the software from scratch using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for the frontend. They created the backend with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and a SQL server as database storage.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Hazem (CEO), who was involved in managing and procurement. Still, our main contact was the senior technical lead on their side, who was responsible for managing the developers. In addition to that, there were two frontend engineers and two backend engineers involved as well.

How did you come to work with Enozom Software?

The cost of hiring developers in Egypt is much more affordable than in the UK. Our budget was limited, so we had to choose a cost-effective solution and find an outsourced team to work with our internal development team. I’m originally from Egypt, and my manager was from Poland, so we brought on companies from both countries and went through a tendering process, interviewing all of them. After that process, our board members ended up selecting Enozom Software.

We spent over $250,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July 2016–June 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The system they developed helped with our client's booking reservations and allowed them to be able to apply their policies for bookings. 

How did Enozom Software perform from a project management standpoint?

They were efficient with project management. I was surprised by how quickly they picked up the travel terminology and impressed by how their team handled everything. Enozom Software was also efficient with communication and took ownership of the project; they asked questions when needed, and the way they worked and presented themselves was great.

Regarding tools, we used Microsoft Teams, Slack for communication, and GitHub for the code.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are cost-effective, and we got value for our money. Their quality was also great, and I liked that they jumped into the travel industry terminology, digesting and understanding all of it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could've improved how they deployed the software by leveraging cloud technology to make it more cost-effective. However, in 2016, cloud technology wasn't as popular and adapted to these things.

You can benefit from the expertise in the market because they will recommend the best ways to build things, which is their specialty, so listen to them instead of just giving them instructions.

Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is providing an online tool for HR services, that enables small and medium companies to automate the HR operation using web and mobile apps. My position is the marketing manager of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Enozom Software, and what were your goals?

In the beginning it was just an idea to create a simple web based service for these HR services, and we aimed to build an MVP in the beginning. after we had a successful MVP we developed the whole project for the web and the mobile

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for the web and mobile software providers, and we came across their website, we decided to work with Enozom as they already have previous experience in the cloud based services and HR solutions.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick off with the product owner, and after few days we build together a release plan for the product then we set-up a JIRA to add the work items and build the backlog. The key deliverables were wireframes for each feature before we build it, running web or mobile application, source code. The technology stack were ASP.NET / SQL Server / Swift / Kolten

A product owner who was the point of contact, a technical leader, 2 web developers, 2 mobile developers, 1 UI/UX and 1 Tester

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the MVP period we got about 4,000 registered companies in our services, which was satisfactory for our plans to go to the complete project. Now we have around 18,000 registered companies

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had daily standups and we used JIRA to log all items, status and progress. We are usually updated with the status and any delays are reported before it happens in the daily standups

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is very friendly, and professional. They deliver good quality work at reasonable prices.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing in my mind now
