We worked on multiple projects together. Usually, we would start every project by collaborating with Endless Digital to discuss PPC strategy for our customers. We would then put together proposals and discuss what was going to be implemented, including email marketing, keyword searches, or ads on Facebook, Instagram, or Google.
Endless Digital edited film and put together product videos for us. If we had an e-commerce customer they would edit images and overlay copy, dependent on what we were trying to achieve. They also wrote out ad copy and keyword copy for us as well. Endless Digital would supply us with information on how the ad was going, and we would relay that to our customers.

Their project management is more about planning in this case. They plan newsletters and ads well in advance, which works just fine. The team gives us monthly reports, and we have a call with them every month; that's how we keep up to date and make plans for the future.

We haven't needed to look for other providers because we have confidence in Andy and the Endless Digital team. We're happy as long as they keep delivering percentage increases for us. Moreover, they're easy to deal with, responsive, professional, and always happy to give us recommendations.

We've needed to work through their understanding of our brand guidelines. This issue is due to cultural differences; they needed to understand New Zealand culture and how our customers consume their media, which is different from other markets. After laying out our pain points, Endless Digital came back with a practical, step-by-step plan that fit both our budget and our timeline. They’ve worked closely with us to redesign key pages, set up proper tracking through Google Analytics, and roll out structured A/B testing. Beyond CRO, their BI team has been instrumental in analyzing user behavior so we can understand exactly how people are moving through our site and where we can tighten the funnel. We also have regular check-ins where they walk us through the numbers and discuss improvements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The results have been clear our conversion rate has jumped to about 20–25% over the last month, which is a huge improvement from where we started. Considering we kicked this off back in May, the progress we’ve made in such a short time has been impressive.
