After just a few days, the launch's impact was clear. Site speed improved, and this reduced bounce rates and encouraged more profound browsings. Mobile engagement improved as updated navigation and interface made the whole shopping experience smoother and more intuitive. Recharge performance improved because clarifying the renewal timing resolution customer confusion brought. Klaviyo flows increased open and click-through rates more than before and this resulted in more repeat purchases. One Click Upsell increased average order value and TikTok and Facebook paid ads converted better as the site aligned more with CRO. Overall, these results brought a clear jump in revenue, customer retention, and brand performance across DTC and B2B.

Encyphers built our website from scratch, including back- and frontend development. The project also involved the development of APIs. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for, and they put together a couple of proposals. From there, we built the site together, changing and deleting some aspects as we went.
The team helped us add functionalities that enable individual landowners or RV parks to rent out whatever space they have for people traveling in an RV or camping, ensuring that travelers find a place to stay and that sites don’t get overcrowded.
Currently, Encyphers updates the site and makes necessary changes. They also help us with PPC and social media marketing.

How did you come to work with Encyphers?
I initially found them on Fiverr. I put up a request for web designers on the platform, telling my requirements and budget. I didn’t know the name of the software of plugins that I needed, but I knew what I wanted the website to do. In the end, I went with Encyphers because Aafaq responded to me and explained exactly what I needed. He was the only one who gave me information about the technology I wanted, which showed me he had the knowledge and was willing to share it.

We’ve spent €2,500 (approximately $3,000 USD).

We started working together in August 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

In general, we’re satisfied with the look and feel of the website — it’s now more user-friendly. Also, they’ve incorporated software from one of our suppliers, which allows people to design their own doors and send us the design for a quotation. We’ve already gotten sales from a couple of people using that functionality.

Due to COVID-19, our deadlines we’re extended without any additional charges, Encyphers team always responds quickly and delivers the work on time. We typically message Aafaq directly, and he’s responsive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They stand out for their product knowledge. I’d previously engaged with other web designers who had told me that what I wanted was impossible. When I asked Encyphers, not only did they know the answer, but they already had experience with those products and processes. It gave me a lot of confidence in using their services.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so. They’ve done a great job; I’d have no problem handing them over to somebody else.

Trust them. They’re experts at what they do; they’ll guide you through the process.
