We initially started working with Enchant back in 2018 on an initial consultancy basis as we wanted to do a full audit of our email programme to identify areas for improvement as well as provide us with a road map for future developments and automated flows that we needed to build out. Once this had been done and we had delivered the initial scope of work we partnered with Enchant to migrate from HubSpot over to Klaviyo for a more dedicated D2C platform which was able to better deliver the type of content we wanted to provide for our customers whilst also saving some costs. Part of this work allowed us to split out our CRM into dedicated accounts for each of our Shopify stores to allow for better personalisation and easier management of each of our core territories. Part of this work included: 1. Creating new templates 2. Migrating contacts 3. Building out new flows and custom triggers 4. Providing greater insight into performance and key metrics for reporting Following the migration we then worked with Enchant on a retained basis to further help us refine and continuously improve our email marketing communications and support our internal team through building out new flows, cleaning up the code in our emails and providing ongoing technical Klaviyo support.

We successfully automated our communications to health care professionals. This generated an immediate uplift in referrals and ensured consistent weekly communications were achieved.

Our main goal of working with Enchant was to help us utilize HubSpot better. Prior to working with Enchant, we were not getting anything of value out of HubSpot. But, that changed quickly.
First, they helped us create a strategy of how to best use HubSpot. We worked with them to implement this strategy over several years. Enchant helped us clean up our list and discover who the best prospects actually were.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Any time we needed to do something or we were looking for some guidance, I felt as if Enchant had an expert in the subject that they pulled in to help us. Enchant helped us launch multiple marketing automation campaigns.
Another highly visible project was to help us launch, and steadily improve, a regular email newsletter. One big part of this improvement was a big reduction in the bounce rate.
Enchant also helped us get up drip campaigns, by product, which allowed us to get new prospects onto our email list. These drip campaigns were highly visible and please internal stakeholders.
They helped us set up automation for sales reps focused by product. These allowed our sales reps to interact with many more leads.

Enchant delivered items quickly and was very open to revisions. They empowered us to be much more successful with HubSpot in the future.
Enchant is that rare agency that is highly-skilled, particularly in HubSpot, gets things done and is very easy to work with. If you need an email agency, you owe it to yourself to contact Enchant.
